*Shiro walked around the garrison’s main campus, checking in on any new developments and members of the coalition, when he came upon Quinn he wasn’t sure what do to as he had not seen this girl before*
“Hello young lady are you lost?”
You startle, whirling around in. Your eyes dart over Shiro, and you force yourself to relax just enough to seem somewhat normal. “No,” you state, voice sharp, still wary. One hand curls into a fist at your side, fingernails digging in to the soft skin of your palm.
“Do you have family who works here? Are you a student?”
((Ooc: I’m so sorry to be that guy but ur style of rp is just a little bit confusing. I’ll get used to it lol))

You hesitate before answering. “…I’m a student,” you say, unclenching your fist and trying to figure out a way out of this conversation. From your experience, lying never goes well, and it’ll obviously be worse if your caught lying in this school of all places. ‘Shit. why did I open my big mouth,’ you scold yourself internally.
“Oh cool! My partner is a professor. What flight class are you in?”
‘Fuck.’
“I…uh-” ‘Great move dumbass! You had to say student, didn’t you?’ “Cargo class,” you blurt out, trying to seem like you’re an actual student. ‘That was one of the classes, right?’
