In this drill/game one boat goes race pressure until the overtake the boat next to them. Once it’s bow to stern the boat that is now behind does the same thing to overtake the first boat. This goes back and forth for however long you feel like. And the boat that is not at race pressure is at paddle pressure.

It’s a really fun drill that really puts boats in race like mentality and it shows them how to overtake a boat.

Listen, I voted for her, but in my heart I don’t know that I’ve had many moments of truly liking or admiring her. But this moment? This poise?
