this is not just me, though. these are common signs/things to be aware of and look for in people/friends/family members struggling w depression. stay safe, and stay aware.

I legit do all these things when my depression is bad. And if Im doing the opposite, than my mom checks my body to see if I relapsed with cutting. Because I never realized that my family pays more attention than I thought and I’m actually really predictable.
