I feel really bad for crying over such a first world problem, but I am really really afraid of finding out that my body type is, indeed, endomorph.

Update: 2 x cardio and only 1 weight training to boost metabolism and work on lean muscles rather than muscle!muscles. I am heartbroken but carry on.
