As much as I miss Heeseung (which is a lot, he’s one of my ults after all), can we all agree to still support Enhypen as six members even if it hurts? If there was any chance he’d come back it has passed, and only spamming the other members and every single post containing Enhypen is a) unproductive and b) atp disrespectful to the other members who are working hard. Everyone who says Enhypen without Heeseung is 0 or whatever should just admit they’re a solo stan and go. I also wish Enhypen was still 7 but I for my part will continue supporting all of the guys - Enhypen as now 6 and Heeseung as a soloist

although this was such a jarring announcement it's clear that all the members support mark wholeheartedly and redirection is such a normal part of life that i only wish the best for mark. he's been overworked and mistreated for so long by that company that i can only hope that whichever path he decides to take is one that treats him right and offers him some peace :') very grateful to have stanned nct when i did and got to spend so many years supporting him 🤍

whether he decides to release solo music or disappear from the public eye, i hope he gets to do everything he wants to do and rest after all these years of hard work

adding to this from my enha blog LMFAO but i hope mark's departure sets an industry standard that allowing idols and their members to be transparent about their departures and their feelings surrounding it is much better than silencing them and having them not mention each other. i get that it's a way to protect the members' words from being twisted (i can only imagine how some engenes would react if one of the enha members said what jisung said about mark, how he resented mark's decision for a bit but ultimately wanted to support the friend he loves deeply—which is such a valid thing to say!!), but if this fandom chilled out a bit i hope enha will be able to engage in that same level of transparency one day

i think the nct members have really laid out their feelings on the matter that leave no room for misinterpretation, especially with chenle emphasizing that he hopes we don't believe rumors online about mark leaving for this and that reason, and that's what helped me with the transition of mark's departure far more seamlessly than heeseung's departure. if idols were allowed to express their feelings on the matter more then i think engenes would've been able to cope with the outcome easier

this situation is super unique to nct and i'm not gonna credit sm entertainment for it because it was the decision of the nct members to speak up and handle this situation in the way they did. i just hope engenes don't use this to say "why couldn't enha just send a message about heeseung if they really wanted to?" when we don't know their situation. nct has their own personal instagrams and more seniority in the industry. plus, we know from those hybe internal reports that jake's been silenced in the past for trying to speak up on controversies to clear the air with engenes (the starbucks incident + itaewon thing)

i sincerely wish the best for mark and i think it's so important he prioritized his own artistic freedom and happiness in such a restrictive industry (again, whether he chooses to continue pursuing music or not). i hope all idols know that their lives don't have to be confined to kpop and that redirection + change are perfectly normal parts of life and they're free to choose the path they want, but with that i also hope that these companies stopped limiting their artists because of how they treat their idols as business models rather than creatives

Genuinely WTF- I honestly had zero intentions on sharing my opinion/piece of the whole Heeseung Situation but some of the sh't I'm seeing here is genuinely making me want to rip my hair out. I don't know what side of Tumblr I'm on but someone PLEASE put me back on the right side cause what in the actual f*ck???

Here's my two cents on the situation~

Genuinely WTH- first and foremost they're HUMAN. Enhypen is made up of HUMANS, you know living breathing creatures with a beating heart, not ai or machinery. It is so doable to lessen their workload, but Hybe is CHOOSING not to. Hybe is choosing to overwork them cause they're nothing but greed filled d*cks with no sense of humanity in them. They don't care about Enhypen's well-being and that much we know is true.

The whole Heeseung leaving Enhypen situation is messy and as of right now, we don't know why. We don't know what was going on through their heads. We don't know what happened in the room where the decision was made. On top of that we don't know if Hybe is controlling everything that Heeseung might say. We genuinely have no way of knowing just how deep Hybe's claws are in Heeseung or if they're not in him at all. I don't wanna hear anymore bs about "engene are being parasocial, the petition is too much" honestly, how dense do you have to be? We're fighting to get the truth, to get clarity. To make sense of this situation cause no one is giving us any proper answers. You have to understand that you can't fight a company like Hybe at 0, you have to fight towards 100 cause if they wanted, they'd just bury this whole thing and give us no PROPER answer.

But the whole situation is messy, it's unprecedented. Since when was it ever possible for any idol to leave a group like that? "Just cause they wanted to pursue a solo career" BEFORE THEIR CONTRACT ENDED???? Literally I've never heard of this happening with any other idol, so please enlighten me, show me it's happened. Cause as far as I understand, there's no scandal attached to Heeseung. There's nothing attached to him that's ruining the groups name. Maybe it would be different if this was like what happened to Wonho, you know leaving to protect the groups imagine but I haven't heard anything scandal wise (if you aren't familiar with what happened with Wonho, long story short, someone tried to ruin his name- which also hurt mx so he left to protect his members while he fought to clear his name but that was a selfless act to protect the members he cares so much about- PLUS at the time the scandal came to light it was in Starships best interest to remove Wonho from MX- as long as MX wasn't destroyed they could stay make profit)

Also- it doesn't help how Hybe is reacting to this whole situation. If this truly was planned and in the talks for a "long time" as they claim, they shouldn't need ai to generate statements/articles. This whole thing shouldn't be as abrupt as it is. There's too much that doesn't add up. PLUS it really doesn't help that all this bs is coming out about Hybe- the CEO with a minor and bang s-whatever's fraud investigation. Like there's no way this was JUST a coincidence. That Heeseung's departure was planned to happen at the same time all this was coming out... Like damn I had no idea they can see into the future

Maybe it's just me but this whole thing has me questioning everything Heeseung or any member might say. If he left willfully that's fine, we'll love him regardless but the whole workload situation is a whole other mess that NEEDS to be fixed. Other groups under Hybe have time in their schedules to pursue a solo career while being part of the group, why can't Enhypen do that? They've proven their worth, they've proven their talent, and they're not some small group with no support. So I don't understand why they're still getting treated so poorly.

At the end of the day we just wanna make sure our idols are okay. Yeah I understand this is their job but they deserve to be okay too. If I see anyone else say "but this is their job, they signed up for this" go f'ck yourself. Since when did humanity die in you?? Like for you to be a "fan" and say that is absolutely so hypocritical. I didn't know being a fan meant wishing the worst for those you love and support, that humans don't deserve to be treated as human.

BEFORE ANYONE ASKS- yeah I almost replied to someone's post with this but I decided I don't wanna make any direct enemies. Mentally I can't right now 😭

hey so since you've been very vocal abt the hee situation :( i was wondering why boycotting shouldn't be a choice? i get that hybe & belift are big, rich companies; but i think the only thing making them reconsider would be seeing the numbers drop. like obviously the case wouldn't be as severe as it was for loona, since they were from a nugu company. but i think it could still worth a shot. but i saw that people are very against it, and i was wondering why that is?

i don't mean to sound like a pessimist but people have tried boycotting belift and hybe before and it's never worked 💔 they have too many avenues to cushion the blow from something like that. that and people are a bit spineless sorry sorry maybe they'll experience some profit losses if there's an organized boycott for 6enha, but then belift still has illit, and i don't think the gllits who don't stan enha are gonna feel incentivized to boycott the label, especially when illit has a comeback next month

with bts txt and tws also releasing albums soon, the new svt subunit coming, katseye at coachella, newjeans coming back this year, and managing all their other groups' activities, i just don't see how a boycott for enha is gonna do anything. hybe has too strong of a monopoly :( and pretty much all of their groups are very successful

another worry for me is that belift is just gonna see a boycott as 6enha not being profitable. they've never cared about enha once :/ we know they're actively preparing for a new boy group too so i'm afraid that enhypen losing any motion is gonna give them the message that they need to pool their resources + efforts into the new group instead and lock enha up in the dungeon

i think boycotting would also just be really damaging and discouraging for the other 6 members because they're probably already feeling a lot of pressure from having to reorganize the group. i can't imagine heeseung would want his members being sabotaged either. i think it'll also affect them in the future when if they want to go through with contract negotiations and possibly not give them room for improving their current conditions in the group, if they want to continue

also i just don't think our fandom's united enough for this. it's one thing if everyone had the same goal, but k-engenes are just mad at heeseung rn and fully switched to ot6 :/ and they're the ones that have the most fandom power since belift will actually listen to them. also there's sooo many akgaes/solo stans in the fandom that i already see people throwing heeseung under the bus and painting him as the villain 💔

Any fucking ways. I’d like to say that I believe the best thing we can all do as fans is to continue to support both enha AND heeseung during this time. I still have hope that maybe one day Heeseung will be able to go back and they can all be together again, but I’m not sure if that’s gonna happen for a while. Our responsibility as fans is to give each and every one of them the love and support they deserve. Our responsibility is to at least try to make this mentally easier/lighter for them and that’s what I plan on doing. I still think we should continue to voice out that Enhypen is always 7 and to continue to make our voices heard about how upset we are about Heeseung, we just need to balance that and our love and support for all of them. This all fucking sucks and the group will feel incomplete at the moment obviously, but I fully believe and trust the other six members will still be able to show how talented Enhypen truly is. I trust that Heeseung will release beautiful solo music for us as well. The only thing I can hold onto for the time being is that they’re still under the same (bitch ass) company and I’m sure they’ll still spend as much time as possible together outside of idol work. Anyways that’s all. Enhypen is 7.

The latest statement from belift just comfirmed everything that engenes theorized since march 10th. So, yes, enhypen has crazy hectic schedule. Yes, they turn down any individual schedule because they are more profitable as a group. Yes, they limit any solo artistic endeavors. It was either continuing suffering with their horrible schedule while the mixtape heeseung worked on stays in his drafts or he "leaves" (basically kicked out) to pursue solo. It is not greed or selfishness for Heeseung to want to release his music and share his artistic vision. He is the oldest and he has limited time to build his solo career before he has to go to military. Enhypen understands that and no matter what the paid journalists try to say, they will never ever shade or shame Heeseung for anything (they still react to everything he does as if he is building 8th wonder of the world). Of course, it’s not perfect situation, but I think they had to come to terms with it because their contract renewal is coming up and then they will have much more autonomy, and can be reunited after that. Until then Heeseung will probably fight for his solo to bloom and I hope that disgusting company gives his solo everything they have. Enhypen deserve to choose what to do with their lives and careers. Contract renewal or not, I just wish them to be happy, healthy and artistically fulfilled. Universe is on their side.

I’m going to be so honest I feel like engenes right now are doing more harm than good, I agree with showing support signing the petition, but why are we going to other groups social medias and spamming stuff related to heeseung. Also so many just keep spreading misinformation of heeseung crying in hallways and jungwon deleting a weverse post. I’ve already seen tiktoks clowning this fandom for being parasocial and dramatic.
