The Reapers Revenge: Special Announcement. What's Going On?

I want to start by saying that I'm pretty sure that a lot of you are upset with me because WHERE THE HELL HAVE I BEEN? right? I don't blame any of you if you are. So firstly let me give you my deepest apology for my long absence.

I wont bore you with too many details of why Ive been gone for so long but the short story is I've been dealing with a lot of financial troubles which forced me to have to pick up multiple jobs, I've had a lot of personal issues pertaining to a death in my family that really took a toll. And to top it off at the time when I was in the middle of writing TRR my laptop had broken and a lot of my files, notes, chapter drafts got "lost in the flames" so to speak. I was able to get a new one and recover some files so all was not lost but it basically forced me to have to go back and rewrite key points, important plot lines, etc. It was a mess. Especially with TRR being the most intricate because this is honestly the biggest story of the three, with the most plot lines, plot twists, battles, characters. There's just so much it's a bit overwhelming Im not going to lie. So it's important that this finale is just it's absolute best and just right.

And I know all of you who have been reading and waiting patiently REALLY want to know how this trilogy ends and I'm REALLY excited to share it with you. So long story short,

I HAVE RETURNED. IM BACK IN THE WRITING STUDIO. IM WRITING THE REAPERS REVENGE. I cant give you a specific date when they will start dropping again but I am working on them as we speak.

TRR has three big story arcs that I have to finish mapping out first and once that's done I can really get the momentum going again.

Once again I apologize for being away so long you all have a right to be angry. and if you're still there, I'm going to finish the story. If not I understand as well. I know its been frustrating and I've been frustrated with myself. But Im here now and I'm going to keep on writing.

Absolutely obsessed with TRR, how's it going hun? Will we be getting any updates soon? Love your work and am so excited to see what comes next!

My laptop had broken which unfortunately caused me to really fall behind and luckily I finally saved up enough money to buy a new one. I’m working on new chapters right now and recovering files because I’m really trying to catch up. So I am still writing TRR. I haven’t given up. The TRR is a very slow burn at first that gradually builds in speed with an epic payoff. It’s the longest story because there’s so much content and ground to cover and I would say the most action packed.There’s even some surprises and some big reveals that I don’t think anyone has picked up on yet (at least I hope not) but the clues and hints have been laid all throughout TSATW and TPOS. I know you all have been very patient and supportive. My thanks to everyone truly. And I know you all really want to know how this story ends. Don’t worry I promise you will.

Hi there, I just finished TRR and I love it, do you follow an upload schedule? I just want to know when I should look out for the next chapters!

Hi and thanks I usually upload 1 to 2 chapters a month maybe more if my schedule permits. as for the last chapter I uploaded, I was gone for a while due to personal reasons which was the longest hiatus I’ve ever taken from this story. I don’t want to put you guys through that again since there’s a lot of detail in the final story and everything is tying together I would rather push things out more frequently and in bulk if I can help it because it flows better. And I usually write early morning Monday and Tuesday.

Hey Everybody!

I know a lot of you are probably wondering where the hell have you been why haven’t you updated in so long? Truth is there’s been a lot of personal things going on that I had to deal with, working a lot, not to mention I ran into some computer trouble and it’s ready to give out (so I’m in the process of getting a new one) and some of the drafts for the future chapters of the Reapers Revenge got lost in the process so I had to go back and recover outlines and drafts and rewrite and rewrite and rewrite. I also had recover some of the notes from my next story. Which I will not be posting until this one is finished.

But to start off the new year I posted a new chapter and I’m going to work hard to push full steam ahead and not keep you guys waiting so long for updates like you have for this one.

Are updates coming for your trilogy?

Updates are coming. I’m going to start pushing them out in bulk (basically more than one chapter at a time). Confession: I did stop for a while to work on the outline a little of my next Alex and Piper story. I know everyone has been patiently waiting and it’s been a while but don’t fret I am going to finish TRR I’m not leaving it.

Thanks I’m really excited to share it with you guys 😊. Once TRR is all wrapped up I’ll be taking a break and in the meantime I’ll be working on the next story. There’s no title for it yet but I can say it’s a vampire action thriller. Once I have the plot completely worked out and locked in then I’ll start to post it. I made a deal with myself ever since I started TSATW that out of fairness to the readers that I would not start a story unless I intended to finish it so I really want to make sure it’s air tight. The Reaper’s Revenge Update

Hi everyone. First and foremost I am still here and I’m still working on the story. I really hope you guys are staying safe during these difficult times I sincerely do, it feels like a whole new world that we’re living in. New chapters will be coming soon. I want to try to push some of these chapters out in bulk a little more often at least 2-3 chapters at a time so it may take me a little longer than usual. I’ve been going over my notes making revisions and changes and by the looks of things TRR is going to be the longest story of the trilogy my final guesstimate is maybe 40+ chapters. After these next few chapters that I upload I would say things really start to get moving and a lot of stuff starts to happen and I’m really excited to share them with you all.

I also wanted to say that now that my trilogy is going to come to an end soon I have already started to think of other stories that I wanted to tell, some short stories within the spider and the wasp universe that are a little more lighthearted and fun. I always wanted to do a vampire fic with Alex and Piper and a lot of people seem to really want to read that story so I focused some of my attention on working on an outline for a multichapter vampire story. The outline is almost complete and I’m pretty confident about this one so once TSATW series is all finished that’ll be my next project after I take a break.

the moonbeams chapter in TSATW but also the chapter right after piper's betrayal where alex thinks back on it and how happy she was and how she'll always hold that memory makes me sad

I remember brainstorming this scene and I was trying to convey Alex’s different emotions over Piper’s betrayal. She’s hurt obviously, but she’s also angry at her, she hates that she’s angry at her, she hates that Nicky was right, but she still loves Piper and she knows Piper loves her too. And Alex does not have a lot of happy memories so being with Piper in that field of moonbeams was the happiest she has ever been. It’s deeply personal. I made the moonbeam flower a reoccurring motif for Alex and Piper throughout the series as a symbol of their love for each other and its going to play a very important role again in The Reaper’s Revenge :)

re reading the spider and the wasp and the moonbeam scene is still my favorite in the entire series. so romantic and so sweet it makes me tear up every time i read it their first i love yous ugh

Thanks I’m really glad you love it :). I wanted to really establish what Alex and Piper meant to each other before we actually got to the sex scene. I wanted to make sure that the scene wasn’t just about the sex and I wanted to sell that there was a connection that has grown between them that was much deeper to a level of their souls. So by the time they consummated their love for each other the bond is sealed and they become pretty much inseparable. Also this was a first time experience for both of them for different reasons. Its just as much Alex’s first time as it is for Piper because this time it actually means something to her.

The Reaper’s Revenge Update

Hey everybody updates to the Reapers Revenge will be posted by the end of the week. I’ve had a lot of things going on so it’s been hard to write and stick to my writing schedule but I’m still here. I hope everyone is doing well and is staying safe. Wishing you all the best.

possibly one of my favourite scenes of vauseman is the scene where piper drunk calls alex. so much from this scene- alex thinking piper was calling to yell at her about naming her but actually she was just drunk and missed alex (ugh! 💔) piper's little laugh before saying "this is piper by the way" thinking that alex probably deleted her contact but actually alex knew who was calling immediately, piper wondering aloud if alex misses her then thinking no she doesn't

This was one of my favorite scenes as well for all the reasons that you just mentioned. Alex has just literally lit the fuse to the bomb that would destroy Pipers life and then she gets a phone call from her and she’s just calling to say hi and she misses her. At the time of naming her Alex admitted that she was all “fuck you” and had no qualms about naming Piper because she was still pissed at her. She acted out of anger and hurt. But then the scene in 05x12 “Tattoo You” taking place shortly after Alex named Piper shows that she calmed down a little and now she’s just hurt because she still loves her and even shows remorse for what she did.

And then let’s say about a couple weeks later Piper calls because she misses her and that just twists the knife. Because honestly I think Alex would’ve preferred Piper to have been pissed because I think Alex had been bracing herself and knew it would only be a matter of time. Of course when Piper calls she has no idea what Alex has done but Alex wasn’t expecting THIS kind of phone call before Piper would inevitably find out. Piper calling because she missed her and because she clearly still loves her just made Alex feel ten times worse. And after Alex dismisses her piece of entertainment for the night you can just see the look on her face that just says “Oh fuck.”

I also love this scene because it sheds some more light on season one and really explains why Alex was so keen on getting piper to like her and talk to her again.

something that confuses me if why alex told piper in season 1 that clearly piper loved the drug business when the whole reason they broke up and piper left was because she didn't want to do it anymore? like it was pretty clear the drug business made piper uncomfortable and piper was more there for the travelling with alex part?

I feel like Alex was saying that Piper may not have liked the drug aspect but she can’t deny that she liked the thrill, the adventure and all that came with it, she liked feeling special and bad. She liked the perks. But when shit got too real Piper didn’t want anything to do with it. Problem is Piper already got involved in the beginning of her own free will fully aware of who Alex was and what she was involved in. So clearly she wasn’t too uncomfortable with it. She only got uncomfortable when she herself got involved in the drug aspect of their vacations and then carried drug money of her own free will for Alex. And then later had the audacity to say she was an “innocent person” that Alex threw under the bus when in reality everything Piper did was her own choice no one held a gun to her head.

Fellow Vauseman fans I have a question:

Between Piper and Alex, you just threatened the other’s girlfriend. Who would you be the most fearful of and less like likely to want to deal with?

season 4 was definitely when the show really started to get dark. more specifically when alex killed aidyn and had to cut up the body. they didnt hold back with alex's storyline that season. but laura's acting was spectacular

I do like Alex‘s story line in season four and the dark turn that it took. I definitely agree with you that that’s exactly where the show shifted its tone in a major way, like a hard left turn into it. And of course Laura does an excellent job of portraying a very vulnerable and paranoid Alex so of course kudos to her. Personally I like seeing vulnerable and needy Alex a little bit more than tough, bad ass, don’t take nobody’s shit Alex because it’s so rarely seen and when you see it’s like finding a little gem lol.

 But I also want to say Aydin’s murder at least the whole chopping up the body part was a bit much to me. And it really bugged me because of how super unrealistic it was. Because think about it, here we are broad daylight, a dead CO’s body in a greenhouse, three other inmates chopping it up and anybody could walk in at any moment, another inmate or another CO, literally anybody could walk in at any moment and you know it must’ve took them a while to chop up this body. and not only are they chopping it up but they’re moving everything in and out of the greenhouse like it’s no big deal looking suspicious as fuck. So I have no problem with how Aydin was murdered but I did think it was kind of ridiculous in the way that they got rid of the body. But I chose to forgive it and just overlook it.

i miss the show so much. especially the first season (which was the best) its very rare the pilot is good enough to captivate me in the first few minutes but this show did. there will never be anything like it again

I know it’s so sad. It was one of the first shows I ever binged on Netflix. I would love a short spin off but only if the original actors decide to come back
