I used to draw a lot of gerenuks. I figure I try to tap into that niche skill while I'm trying out a new medium.

Thought I should try drawing my deer OC, Kitsch, with markers. The proportion is cute.

Study a person to see how I would do with the markers. Combined with watercolor pencils, kinda surprised how well this works.

Drawing Twilight was getting stale so I drew Fluttershy with experimental outlines.

A couple of Twilight Sparkles. Me trying to figure out outline and coloring for a pony. Figure maybe a bean-shape stubby body might work best with the markers.

Got a new sketchbook with coated pages. Supposed to be bleedproof so I figure it would be good for markers and an good opportunity to try markers. Markers coming off streaky but I think I can work with it.

There is an official merch of a black t-shirt with just "John Cena" text on it. I thought it was so dumb and funny that I would put Rainbow Dash in it.

Another Kitsch drawing done in 2025. Major adjustment are the ears and the nose to make her more deer-like.

I did relatively quick study of deer heads. Their ears are cool but I don't quite get how their shape change upon rotation. And I think I can get away with a heart-shape nose.
