Noticed these parallels, where Stolas gets up the moment he sees Blitzo in trouble. But back then he got paralized by the shame he felt in front of everyone looking at him.

This time Stolas was able to try and help Blitzo by getting up and trying his best to deal with the crowd. It's still a struggle for him, he has trouble putting his foot down in front of multiple people, but it seems he's taking a conscious effort in trying to not repeat the same mistakes that happened at Ozzie's.

And this time Blitzo takes Stolas' hand, and keeps holding it even after they've run far away from the studio. A lot different than at Ozzie's, where Blitzo was upset at Stolas' supposed shame for their relationship. This time there's no bitterness to be had.

Who knows, even if Stolas wasn't able to stand up for Blitzo as well as he wished, it seems that it didn't go unnoticed by the imp. Or maybe with all the kerfuffle and priorities about finding Octavia, neither one of them wants to address the previous problems.

But still, this seems like a sign that some things are moving forward, for now. We'll see if the big talk will happen, at some point...
