"Where did you go!? I've been looking for you for years!"

“CHOPPER!” She smiled and greeted her friend with a hug.

“Pff what do you mean? It hasn’t been that long.”

“Thanks! I put extra fabric softener on it to make sure it stays that way.”

She said it proudly as if it was super important to say.

Taking note of her words, Chopper couldn’t help but wonder if she knew how best to take care of her sweaters. It made him smile wider. “We should make sweaters for everyone in my pirate crew! I probably wouldn’t need one because of my fur, but I know everyone else would appreciate it!”

She got pretty excited by that idea.

“That sounds like a lot of fun! You should know I’m an arts and crafts master, so it should be easy.”

She makes her own sweaters all the time, making some for her friend and his friends sounded like a wonderful idea.

"Where did you go!? I've been looking for you for years!"

“CHOPPER!” She smiled and greeted her friend with a hug.

“Pff what do you mean? It hasn’t been that long.”

“Whoa!” Chopper gasped as she unexpectedly hugged him, wrapping his arms around her to return the kindness. “It’s been months! I was looking everywhere too!”

“Are you sure you looked everywhere? Did you check the Mystery Shack?”

She had been pretty busy though. There’s always a lot going on because her brother had been trying to solve mysteries. She had been helping him with most of them.

Chopper hadn’t been to the Mystery Shack yet, frowning as his friend had been somewhere nearby for so long without him noticing.

“Ah… I should’ve probably checked that place then.” He lowered his head, embarrassed by his own mistake.

“Hey don’t worry about it! You’ve found me now right?” She smiled at her friend, still pretty happy to see him.

"Where did you go!? I've been looking for you for years!"

Walking over to the young girl out of boredom, Chopper's bored expression turned to a gleeful grin. Rushing over to her, he finally stopped in front of the girl, reaching his hoof out to poke her leg and get her attention. "Excuse me!" He called out joyously, hoping to make a new friend.

Mabel looked over to see the small reindeer speaking to her. She gasped in surprise and squished her face. “Oh my gosh you’re so cute!”

"of Course I do!" Mabel Smiled at him. Even if she had never seen anything like him before she knew cute when she saw it. "You’re almost as my pig Waddles."

She Picked him up and hugged him tightly like she would waddles.

"Oof!" He grunted lightly as the girl picked him up and gave him a big hug, something that Chopper never would have expected most people to do.

While blushing, he rested his chin atop her shoulder, looking forward with a confused frown on his face. “Does this mean we’re friends?”

“Of course!” She set him down grinning ear to ear. “I’m Mabel by the way. It would be totally awkward if we became friends and didn't know each other’s names right?”

He was indeed a rather small one —- a body so tiny, it could have been a toddler’s own. Taking note of the girl’s response, he had to be careful since even a delicate response could be dangerous when speaking to humans, with many trying to take Chopper’s own life out of paranoia.

Blushing heavily at her words, Chopper lowered his head to hide his blushing, smiling face, not expecting the cute child to be so kind with her words. “You don’t really mean that… do you?” He asked in a soft voice, as if to comfort the sweet girl.
