They had a bit of un update, since the last designs were from 2023, and at that point we didn't quite know in what direction we want to go with the world all together. Note that these designs were made together with @klu4ki.
Lore below:
Gods in the universe have a bit of an confusing position. Among people some information is considered factual and other as beliefs, to a varrying degree. Multiple generations of religions and myths surrounding the three, only confirms that people don't really know anything for certain about them. Well, maybe besides the simple fact: they exist.
Nameless, Lucifer and Ergo are three gods, that created the world in the universe. They watch over the disc from the moon, where they have a huge palace.
Nameless is the god of Order. He controls the passage of time and day/night cycle, which is often represented in artwork by him holding sun in one hand and moon in the other. He is also a symbol of balance - the forces and energy of the universe leveled.
Lucifer is the god of Death. Embodying the uncertainty of fate and the overall question for the meaning of life. He knows the date of death for everyone, and can change it at will. It's said that he's very subjective and will pick favourites that he will save from death.
Ergo is the godess of Life. She's represented by nature as a whole, including both the fauna and flora, as well as instincts that lie in everyone. One of her most important values is freedom and creativity. She's a patron of creators of all kinds that she inspires. She's also often associated with falling in love.

Anyways! That's all, here is their old designs for comparison lol
Woke up few days ago, got possessed and redesigned Vyper on one sitting. I know we are getting a redo sooner or later, but I just wanted to tackle the design for fun.
For context, I don't think this is the design we SHOULD be getting or one that I expect, since deadlock has it's own design conventions and I didn't really follow those, but rather what I personally like in character designs that I make. (Though I wouldn't complain if at least some of the concepts I included would also be present in the redesign).
More info below:
I'll explain things I changed and why, maybe it will be useful in any way.
I wanted to keep her as similar to her original design as possible. Obviously it's not mandatory when doing redesigns, but the current version has that trashy girl failure "vibe" that I really don't want to go away. So color scheme, markings, spikes - I left them basically unchanged. I did saw that one wip design leak on the wiki, and I really don't like the "cobra" version of her. It looses all the personality it had, at least in my opinion (and few other people on reddit, since I saw comments about it as well)
Legs begone - no brainer, she's a snake, calls herself a gorgon in a dialouge, her animation and 3rd's icon suggest very snake like movement. The only question that remains is jumping? But I'm sure it's possible to kinda bullshit the animation to make her jump and look somewhat believable? Also a longer neck, because… snake.
Outfit - I know she is not in prison anymore, but it seems to be an integral part of her. She mentions it a lot, other characters mention it as well. Thus the prison jumpsuit, chains, and the tats - I wanted them to be as trashy and cheesy as possible. Just whatever a wannabe gangsta girl would tattoo on herself while in prison and think she's the shit now. (someone pointed out they may be not time-accurate, but I don't know much about that, I design characters in modern settings mostly, so I just did what I knew).
Gun - Changed it to a scorpion because it looks more ratatata to me, that's all!
THIS WAS SO MUCH FUN OMFG. I love drawing crazy fucked up guys so much!!! If you own a crazy fucked up guy and want me to draw them, hit me up and I will gladly do so u.u
Done as an animation style test and reference for my show. I'm using a rather minimal animation style on a lower frame rate. This particular one was done in 6 fps (technically it's in 12, but I did it on twos lol), and the full cycle takes 6 frames. I really like this method because it's defined enough to where you understand the movement but also minimal enough that the animator doesn't have to lose hours to render a scene, which is important when you are on a budget. And also, for some reason, I really like when the animation is a bit crunchy like that! So multiple pros!
I have no idea what the context is here. It just came to me, like: "Okay so, what if they were in ribbons like christmas presents, but also they lost a fight and got tied up." So I drew it.
