Hi Lia! First of all I wanted to say how much I love your writing. I re-read Friday, I'm In Love and Sweet Nothing at least 10 ten times already. If you don't mind sharing, I wanted to know how do you plan your stories (I love the flow that you create) and overall your creative process! Thank you, can't wait to read more of your work.

thank you for reading!! and yes i'll try my best to write it down omg

first comes inspiration: usually i have a trope or a specific scene in mind (e.g. in friday im love i wanted the whole secret relationship thing)

second comes the mapping out: i divide my stories in three acts, and 5 "scenes" each

- the first act (if they're not together already) is the changing point of the relationship

- the second act is the development (so something that brings them closer, like a moment of jealousy or an almost kiss)

- the third one (and this depends on the story) is the falling out then reconciling.

third comes the "scene" planning:

- i usually have specific moments in mind that i know which act they'll fit

- then i make sure all of the scenes are cohesive and map ou dialogue and scenery

fourth comes writing:

- yay!

and then in fifth comes editing and song choice.

depending on my flow i could write 15k in a day or sometimes it takes me a week. not only that but i cut so much stuff out during editing... like... a lot.
