The Show Me Bears is an organization for bears and bear admirers based in the St Louis, MO area. The organization was founded in November of 1993, and has since grown- now having over 100 members nationwide. The club meets on the second Saturday of each month at 8:00pm at JJ's Clubhouse unless otherwise posted. Membership is open to all persons who are at least 21 years of age who consider themselves bears or bear admirers.

Hey all you hungry bears, have we got a treat for you! HiBearNation 23 is proud to announce day excursions with EAT Saint Louis Food Tours​ to two St. Louis neighborhoods: The Hill and Historic Soulard!

On Saturday, November 4th from 11am-2pm, lovers of Italian food will be taken on a walking tour and introduced to hidden gems in St. Louis' largest Italian neighborhood on a tour of The Hill neighborhood. Experience 7+ tastings of St. Louis' iconic Italian food scene. Step back in time and discover the life of an Italian immigrant in St. Louis, experienced through historical and architectural stops.

On Sunday, November 5th from 1pm-4pm, sample the fun and fare of one of St. Louis' unique historical areas when you take a walking tour of the eclectic and amazing Soulard neighborhood. Enjoy Soulard's European-inspired architecture and a variety of restaurants/pubs at the heart of St. Louis' Mardi Gras Celebration. You will experience 11+ tastings, bites and sips, varying from Mexicali street food to the St. Louis Gerber and craft beers. You'll also learn the colorful history of the Soulard Market, and enjoy the area's history and architectural styling of the unique row houses and flounder houses.
