"Oh! Yeah, that's sorta it! Mainly what we do it come up with the story and create the world it all takes place in, so basically we come up with everything before it even starts. I'm an artist, so I do a lot of concept art for worlds and scenery and also character design. I also do some storyboards on the side, which those are pretty fun...Everything in it is fun in my opinion. But I guess if it was my talent it'd have to be fun to me if I've kept with it..."

Mayuri bowed and pulled out her Electronic ID, her fingers typing a message that was brought to life by a… somewhat robot voice; A text-speech application seemed to be in her possession.

Crane's eyebrow rose when a small petite hand rose up, and an equally small girl followed with it, approaching him with her fingers tapping away at some sort of ID or something. 

"...Hmm....?"

He glanced down and read her little message, giving her a warm smile in response.

"Nice to meet you! My name is Crane Ralston, and I'm a SHSL Pre Production Artist. What's your talent...?"

"Crane Rar— R- ..Ralston?" She attempted to repeat after the other student, but the foreign name managed to choke up in her throat — the words coming out in small stutters. "Ah, I’m sorry… I’ve attended international schools since childhood, so I really should be accustomed to pronouncing names like these by now. I’ll get it eventually though!"

"I would, uhm, also really enjoy being able to view some of your past works if it’s not too much trouble. Even some sketches would suffice…! I’ve just never been in the presence of an actual artist before, especially a SHSL one." She fumbled with her hands, interlocking her fingers and twiddling her thumbs around each other. "I’m Yumemi Miyamoto, the Super High School Level Theremin Virtuosa."

The taller boy nodded, waving his hand to dismiss her flubbing up his name.

"It's totally fine! Names can be difficult, I wouldn't put it past myself to mess up someones name on the first go. Just Crane is fine with me!"

"Some sketches huh...? Well I've got some stuff in my sketch book...not the best stuff, just some doodles I did in the little coffee shop in the airport we sat at during our layover...But if you insist..."

The artist flipped open his bag and pulled out a fairly new sketch book, opening it up to a page with the top corner folded over to mark his place. He wasn't lying about the simple sketches part, they really were just some vague lines that made up body parts and faces...but still...they were pretty good for what they were.

"...Wh-..Uh...Ok Y-...Yum...Yumem..Mememi.....Yumemi...Yeah...Ok...so I got that but...what in the world is a Therem...Theremin...memnemin...thing...That thing what is that...."

Not only are you a disruption and I literally don’t give a shit about your line of work, but you think you’re the cat’s fucking pajamas just because you’re just sooooooooo talented that you don’t have to pay for good education, along with complimentary ego fondling for pricks like you! "No interest in my line of work huh. Well let’s see. If you’ve ever watched a movie or tv show in general, you’re interested in my line of work. A finished product doesn’t just come out of nowhere. People have to come up with ideas and the story and design characters and the world they live in, so you’re wrong right there. Even if you are completely oblivious to it, you’re interested in my line of work. Pre Production is literally everywhere."

"And I do not think I am the cat’s pajamas. Why would they even make pajamas for cats…Would you want to try and get a cat into a pajama outfit…? I certainly wouldn’t. So. Basically, you’re wrong. I’m right. Cats shouldn’t wear human clothing. The end."

Introductions and the inevitable talk of talents always managed to put her on edge.
