bunko has always been awful at multitasking,,,she prefers sticking to one thing and giving it her all

which is really applicable in her dating life because she’s never been able to juggle a partner and racing at the same time ( #`⌂´)/ so bunko’s dedicated herself to touge battles/sprinting and refuses to let emotions get in the way of things since they impact her driving

if bunko were to fall for someone that liked her too she’d feel pretty bad for the other person b/c she’ll start to distance herself by acting coldly,,,, in an attempt to make them uninterested so she can move on !! gosh she just really wants 2 go pro but maybe she’ll be more okay with it after she starts touring professionally

“Once, I just stayed in the bathroom, made it sound like I was really sick, y’know? They didn’t even walk halfway into the room before turning around and declaring me too sick to function for the day. Buncha idiots, I swear…”

As you could probably infer, Jinzaemon’s attendance record was astounding. Sure he sounded somewhat casual now, but at her next statement, the biker’s cool seemed to lose itself, leaving him taken somewhat aback.

“W-w-wonderboy? Who do you think you’re callin’ wonderboy, huh? Th’ name’s J-Jinzaemon… Hasekura…!”

He sighs, takes a deep breath, exhales deeply once again, running a hand through his hair.

“Alright, fine, I’m down for it,” he says with a nod, trying to regain his composure. “Won’t even cost you anything either — how nice of me, right?…That was a joke, by the way.”

“And they've never gotten suspicious before? Or ever tried to send you to the infirmary for help? The administrators in this school must really be idiots after all, geez. I’m just glad that their mindless behavior is letting us get away with it all.”

Bunko bit her lip at what happened next, the corners of her mouth pulling up into a small grin.

She thought it was only fair to address Jinzaemon as ‘wonderboy’ after being called ‘toots,’ but she wasn’t expecting him to react in this way. His cheeks were even burning bright!

“It’s one of those silly terms of endearment. They don’t really mean much unless you want ‘em to,” She teased, pursing her lips together slightly. “My name’s Bunko Kusanagi... I figured ‘wonderboy’ would fluster you less than me calling you ‘darling’ or something, but I guess I was wrong.”

The girl brought a hand to her mouth after she was finished, attempting to muffle the sounds of-- were those giggles?

“Just, ah, text me. You have a phone, right? That way we can plan something out beforehand.”
