Now it's done, we're divided, call him home, this one's misguided. {Closed RP - Edwards + D'amore}
{♧} Too much had happened there and then. Much too much had happened. Two people were brutally murdered. One who had thrown herself around and gave herself a bad reputation, and the other whom no one knew. It was disgraceful, and Marco was prepared to make whoever committed this foul act pay dearly. They deserved every ounce of pain that was to be brought to them. Their execution would be worth it. Oh God, it would be worth it, and Marco would want them to suffer. Suffer equal pain to those they killed.
However, when the final verdict came in. After all that arguing.
Antonia Deluar. ‘Nia. A girl who Marco trusted. One that said she’d never kill anyone. The girl who said she’d protect Marco with her life.
He never even thought she meant this way. Not in a million years.
Her execution suddenly seemed like a conflict in Marco’s head. He told her during the argument that she deserved this, he was angry at her, he hated what she’d done. He hated how quickly she killed two people. He hated how she became the first to succumb to Monotus’ orders. But at the same time, he quickly retracted those words, when it was too late. Her expression as she managed to catch his eye during her slow and painful death was enough to make him sick. He wanted to break the fence that separated them and grab her out of that box.
But that would have been too late too.
Sinking to his knees, Marco let out a pained cry, keeping his hands on the fence, as though he could suddenly bring ‘Nia back if he got through them. He didn’t register D’amore standing behind him, and he didn’t want to either. He didn’t want to speak to anyone at this point. He was still in a state of shock. However, if something was said, he wouldn’t be afraid to bite back. He’d learned now that it wasn’t wise to make close promises with people given the situation, and it definitely wasn’t wise to make any enemies either.
And D’amore was someone he feared the most in regards to that.
Marco felt a huge rush of excitement dart through his body like a kid who was just let loose in a toy shop. He stared down at his tiny blonde haired toy ready to start what he'd been waiting for since the murder. Slowly he thought about he would go about with his fun. He played with the options in his head.
He placed his left hand on Marco's left shoulder gently. "Look who took the bullet for you." The corners of his mouth turned upwards slightly as he spoke. "Funny that. She would have killed more for you you know. Just until you two were the only ones left. What would happen after that huh? All of the bodies lying around you as you live with murder."
He bent down and whispered closely in Marco's ear. "Good thing she chose to kill that bitch and not me. I'm the only one prepared to hurt precious little Marco Edwards. However the amount of blood on your hands right now makes me wonder. Should I really play with you? Hmm..." He gently pressed its hand up to Marco's ear. "It would be nice to punish you."
