//sorry I haven't gotten to replies. I admittedly have been crying all night.

 Monty picked me up when I was in a bad time in life, I was suicidal, I hated everything, and I saw no light. Monty was that light to me that saved me from ending everything, he took my hand and brought me up to the surface again. he gave me solid ground to stand on, and he showed me that if I'm gonna chase something, I need to chase what I want, and I have to chase it with everything I have. If it weren't for Monty, I probably wouldn't be here today, and I have a world of debt to pay him. Honestly, I wish this were another sick joke. I want this to be a sick joke. I dunno, that Monty's medical fund was really for better equipment, and Monty was just chillin and stuff, and that this all was just one, disgusting, sick joke. But just like with Grandpa, and Sherry, and Papop, and all the other people that've passed, you can't deny it forever. So, I'm going to work hard from now on. Like Monty wanted of me. Like he wanted from us all. I'm going to give it my all, and I won't hold back for anyone. That's what he wanted, and that's what I'm going to do. 

Rest In Peace, My Idol, My inspiration, My Rescuer, Rest Well, and enjoy whatever place you're in now, Monty.

"It’s a book on dust. Specifically, medicinal uses. You know, since we’re always in those kind of situations?” Oh, Blake….You do realize you’re part of the reason they started on this in the first place, right?

"Yeah I know Blake and I still am sorry for causing most of them." Ruby mumbled. As the leader she felt responsible for her team and for them to get hurt, made her feel like trash. She sat in Blake’s lap and looked uo at the cat Faunus. "You wouldn’t mind me cuddling with you, would you Blakey?"

"..." She thought for a second...and gazed down to the girl. "Fine, I don't mind." She spoke as if she was just tolerating her, though she almost instantly wrapped her arms around her leaders waist, opening her book back to her place and beginning to read over her shoulder.

Altair just chuckled lightly at himself as the girl across from him was so deep into her book that she didnt seem to hear him or she may not be interested in interacting with him though he couldnt know. however she had a book he needed so lets try this again since it was the last copy the school had.

This time the eagle faunus used his semblance ever so slightly to create a wind strong enough to have the paper flip some. The young man trying to be suddle enough so she wouldnt get angry at him for doing it. “Umm hello?” he tried to call her her again to rab her attention.

She watched as the pages turned away, and he face changed from nonchalant to....pained, and saddened. "...I...I lost my place..." Oh. Oh no. She looks like she's gonna cry.

"Good morning miss Belladonna, did you have a good sleep well?" -tailess-fox

"I did….thank you….?" She’s somewhat confused as to why someone would care for such….seemingly meaningless things.

"Blake…If your scared of birds that’s ok. I don’t judge." He gave a small reassuring smile "I’m scared of our lockers." He blushed a bit, saying it out loud sounded even worse then in his head "…" He wish he could take that back.

"....I'm not scared of birds. Though....I can understand the lockers. If they malfunction in any way, best case scenario, our belongings are lost. Best case scenario." She tried her best to empathize with the upperclassman, though her fear with the lockers was losing her weapon, not the possibility of one maybe breaking and crushing a student or something.

His eyebrow raised “I see…If you need something I’m sure I could help.” He had a small suspicion about her story. To him she sounded like she was scared of the bird, did she not like birds? “So…was this bird big?”

"Uh, no, it was just a normal-sized pigeon or something. Ruby—uh, Ruby left open the window and it flew in. Nothing big. It's out now, so no need to worry about it." She carried her lie on guiltily; though somehow, it didn't show on her face. She wondered, 'Why am I even defending the dog? I could have him rid of by tattle-tailing.'
