Weirder things have happened

Sometimes when friends say hey, or hi, or hello to me, I just feel this urge to yell "GREETINGS EARTHLING!" or "WELCOME, COMRADE!". Why? Do I want people to look at me strangely? Has life really become that dull? Or have I been deprived my whole life from yelling weird phrases.

Today was kind of the worst day. First, I forgot my student ID which I use to get into the meal hall so I had to pay to get in to eat. Then I figure out that one of the people in my lab group hasn't been at university all day and my lab partner can't get ahold of her and she has all the information we need to finish our report which is due for tomorrow. Then I'm out of print credits so I need to walk across campus to buy more so I can print my powerpoint slides for class. The prof uses the slides in class, but gets through the entire set and moves on to the next set which they only put online an hour before the class started so of course I didn't have time to print them, so instead of taking jot notes I need to write down everything frantically. I then realize I've forgotten to review my notes for the biology lab quiz. Then after biology lab I'm hungry and go to buy a bag of chips out of the vending machine and it gets stuck. So I leave it. Driving home the weather is miserably rainy and windy and there's an accident on the bridge so it takes forever to get home, when on a good day during rush hour it takes over an hour as it is. Also attempting to avoid a rear end crash I nearly get into a T-bone crash because someone decided to turn without looking.

Finally I get home and have to email the prof because that same lab group member is still AWOL and we won't be able to finish the report. Of course not long after that, she finally emails my other group member.

*rips hair out*

Also I had to get up at 5:30am this morning and I'm terribly sore from work yesterday and my tongue has had this uncomfortable burning sensation all day for no reason.

I like how my biology lab procedure just assumes that everyone has mouldy bread in their fridge

New Years Resolutions...?

- Improve my posture (my back hurts a lot these days -_-)

- Drink more water

- Try and meet new people...instead of always being at university stuck with the same group of some people that I tolerate and some that I don't

- Study more daily, so hopefully I won't have to retake any more classes T_T
