RESULTS FOR THE ITALIAN MOTOGP - 1. Jorge Lorenzo 2. Andrea Dovizioso 3. Casey Stoner
I was talking to a friend of mine the other day and we were talking about how high school was or as others refer to it, how secondary college was.
The Repsol Honda Team were back at the Mugello circuit this morning for the last test of the season with the 800cc RC212V. All three riders tested a new swing arm and then followed their own testing schedules.
Casey Stoner - Source Repsol Media Service, "I can't say I'm totally happy with the result today, we started the race very strong and everything felt fantastic on the bike, however, we had a problem with the tyres after a few laps."
Dovizioso achieves the second position in front of his fans, followed by Stoner, third, who keeps the lead of the Championship. Pedrosa is eighth in his return to competition.
Words from Andrea, source Repsol Media Service, "Mugello is always a special event and the feeling on the podium is unbelievable. Today I was the first and only Italian rider on the podium and this makes the result even more special. The support of the fans was incredible."
