So grace was (literally) scarred from the accident above adrian, and such expierence should also leave some mark on Rocky

so here is my idea for rockys medical checkup after theire return.

{also sorry in advance if i mistyped a few words}

Dr: I know saviour rocky that the excursion, loss of the remaining crew and the return has been stresfull for you but we need to perform medical checkup both due to you spending such a prolonged time in space as well as not having acces to medical profesionals lets start with looking at your radiator organ...

[big chunk of the surrounding carapace is tanted in wierd residue]

[on closer inspection the whole carapace has demage simmilar to that of victims of chemical industrial accidents]

[some of the vents dont seam to let air pass at all while others let too much]

Rocky: what's wrong?

Dr: (short pause to collect themself) well your whole radiator is simply put totally screwed, the only idea as to how you are still alive is that half is leaking way to much heat while other is letting little to none thru so they balance themself out mostly otherwise you woudl have overheat or froze alredy. Is that the effect of the "radiation" that you stated in your initial report killed the rest of the crew?

Rocky: no I had to enter Grace atmosfere

Dr: (glances back at the report to see that the alien that rocky brough with him operates in atmosfere at presure 1/29 of theirs, is frigidly cold and contains high amout of volotile oxygen)

Dr: HOW ARE YOU ALIVE?

Rocky: Spite

(further examination proved that was only 1 of many things that rocky developed thuout the years outside of home)

Thoughs about other animals on erid (PHM)

You know how animals on earth have groups that are very diffrent and diverged ealry on we got:

Worms lacking bone structure or limbs

The ones most woudl image when they hear a word animal birds, fish, mamals

And a group with arachnids amd bugs thats are also very diffrent from our 4 limbs, head and main body

And whatever cefalopods, coral, starfish (its technicaly just a head with atrophied body) and every other wierd critter

What im going towards its mayby eridians are actually wierd evolutionary offshot, though likely having some relatives (theire equivalent to lemurs, chimps, gorrilas) that share theire defenceless during sleep and thus are social and have instinct to watch oneanother, what if most animal life on erid doesnt have that problem.

We know that erids surface ecosystem relies on biomass being caried down from the high skys photosyntesyzing bacteria by flying animals, those woudl been to have videly diffrent construction then erridians and theire little branch of evelution.

Mercury as transport fluid and thick carapace woudl hinder flight, mayby the flyers dont have a thick rock covering them but someting more like chitin or other biological armor that both light and strong. Mayby there is a whole group of animals that had redial pentagonal symetry"layed on there side" making 1 limb go vertical to act as a rudder and the 4 remaning turing to wings (giving us very messed up crobat from pokemon but with a vertical fin)

Mayby just like we are bloobs without armor having solid rock pieces inside for structe that share a planet with a animals covered in inorganic armor (crustatians, Bugs) that sheilds theire delicate insides and having very diffrent anatomy from us.

eridians being a bunch of organism that came together to make a structure that woudl act as theire home and work as one thus not really acheiving a try multicelliular being just bunch of cells im a trenchcoat(though one could say that we are also bunch of cells in a trenchcoat just that our trenchcoat residents share 1 dna schematic) there is a branch in eridiani life Evolution that did evolve tru multicellarity where all the cells come from a single og cell divinding over and over where every cell shares the same code, mayby theire body plan is as freaky to eridians as bugs are for some of us.

Also you know how on our planets there are some funky guys that just like eridians share the same hole for food an poop (starfish are like that though not 100% sure)

So mayby theire is some eridian animal that despite the norm being 1 hole for eating and dumping waste does have a digestion track with separate in and out hole

Mayby there are some animals there that do have a separeted "Head" that can move independently from the body

Last but not least

Though I dont think someting without a armor of dead material protecting its insides from the enviorment could survive erid it woudl be really funny if just how eridians look live very wierd earth arechnids there is a animal on theire planet that resembles a very wierd mammal

And grace gets a cool companiom and learns that uncanny valley also works for cats/dogs

Why do i want to see it?

Both it and rocky have 5 limbs of which 3 are used for walking while the remaining two are used to interact with the surroundings

Also it woudl be really funny for Rocky to just come to grace's biodome in this machine and just towering over him
