In_dependence?

Don't think it's a good idea for Crimea to join Russia. It is a dangerous precedent that will increase the world instability. Also, they will loose all their freedoms after they do it.

IMHO, the best solution of this crisis is to return to Crimean constitution of 1992 and to give Crimea a VERY wide autonomy as a part of Ukraine. De-facto it will be an independent state but de-jure the Ukraine's integrity will not be disturbed in this case.

All you need is grant

Have finished a grant proposal for Russian Science Fund. It's about 62 pages. The subject of the proposal is development of low-frequency ICP device for large-scale plasma processing. The chance to win is very small, the ratio between the number of grants and proposals is 1:20. But the hope dies last.
