Went to the doctor a couple weeks ago because of knee pain and she told me one thing that could help make it less painful is to lose weight. Saw her again today and she reminded me. Like yea lady trust me I’m trying. If only you knew.

u never realize how many calories are in food until you have an eating disorder

I went to a party for my friend last night and there was food and cake and such and I ate none of it and no one took notice but when my skinny friend didn’t have a piece of pizza everyone was asking questions. It’s so funny that just because I’m fat no one seems to worry.
