"Oh why not? It’ll be fun I promise!" Eunhyuk beamed "Look, she’s a really cute one!" To emphasize what he said, he held his baby girl in his arms "Are you really going to say no to this cutie?"
"Because I've got to review these files, they're due any day now" The statement wasn't entirely truthful since she still had about a week or two before the paperwork would be needed. However she preferred to wrap them up as soon as possible, leaving room for taking more cases. Glancing over at the small dog that he had brought with him with somewhat of a smile, she put down her files before reaching out and scratching behind it's ear. "Your owner isn't a nice guy, he won't let me finish my work in peace" Ahri joked playfully, retracting her hand to redirect her attention back to him. "Alright, I'll go but no more than an hour or so"

[/ Jean was staggering for a moment, as she felt something was going on within her body. She remembered her professor telling her that if she uses her powers too much, then it could take a toll on her body. She gasped softly, as a pain shot violently into her stomach, and her body unwillingly shut down. She reached out to the ledge to stop her fall. Sadly, with no avail she fell to the ground with books falling on top of her. She groaned in pure pain, and she slowly used the little strength that she had in her arms to pick herself back up.]
[/She turned to the sound of the female's voice, and her brain painfully sent a shock down her body. Her vision was blurry, and she felt a red liquid leaking out of her nose. Her voice was weak, as she released a soft.] "No.....no hospital.." [/She knew that she would be sent to be experimented on, if she was sent to the hospital. So, she took out her phone, and showed her a number that had the name 'Scott'. She weakly pleaded.] "Call this number..."
There was something about the woman but she couldn't quite place it, her nose was most likely broken yet her reaction was a bit strange. Yes, she was aware that select individuals had weaker bodies and there was also the possibility of dehydration but something definitely wasn't right. However it didn't seem to be the most appropriate time to over-analyze the detailing. The possibility of a broken wasn't a major emergency but it was still best to act fast in their situation, she never had the experience herself but she was sure it was extremely painful.
"I don't think hospitals even do much for broken noses these days anyways" Ahri nodded along with the request though she didn't quite feel right about the scenario, taking the cell phone with an attempted reassuring smile. The woman didn't seem like a dangerous person or someone strange so she saw little reason not to help her out, especially since she wasn't that big of a fan of hospitals herself. "Alright...have you drank anything recently? You appear to be dehydrated, I could get you some water if you'd like" She asked while waiting for a response from the number she had dialed.
"You're really persistent but it won't work, I'm not going...I've got a ton of paperwork to sort through"

The women wasn’t yet use to having the day off from the squad, it almost felt unatural to be doing anything other than sorting through paperwork or doing field work. Lately however it was brought to her attention that she might be a little out of touch with the world outside the office, therefore she decided to make the effort to take the week off. It was rather difficult coming up with ideas on how to fill the missing spaces of time, she wasn’t the world’s boriest person but she did really lack that certain socialabilty quality or natural desire of wanting excitement in her life.
Twenty Minutes Later
She found herself at the back of the library that she usually went to for research purposes but somehow managed to restrict herself to the fiction section, drained and ready to go home. Her basket wasn’t as full as it usually was mainly due to the fact that she had struggled to find to find a specific author or genre to suit her interest and the whole ‘having to walk home because driving is terrifying and the bus system is confusing’ also played a heavy factor in her decision. Heading down toward the front desk to check out her findings her attention was drawn to an individual surrounded by a stack of fallen books, in the aisle ahead. At first she thought it to brush it off that they were simply messy but upon closer inspection it was clear to her what had happened, they had probably reached for something but unfortunately everything else came down with it. Putting her basket aside she made the decision to approach them and see if she could be of any help, it wouldn’t hurt to see if they were alright and she the staff would be less than thrilled about the mess.
”Excuse me…do you need—-wait…you’re bleeding really bad from your nose, I’m not a doctor or anything but I think it’s broken…it’s getting purple”
