So I was talking to Haligan and she mentioned that Lost Light 13 could be some kind of thing where everyone sees their worst fears. Namely:

Rodimus losing track of Getaway

Ratchet fading away

Tailgate “dying”

Rewind being horribly injured

The mass displacement of the ship wearing off

Potentially Ten being sentient could be a fear of Swerve’s (because of how he’s treated him) OR some other entity is using Ten’s form to tell them what’s happening

And in hindsight, the Moon Crew’s reaction to seeing Tailgate isn’t really appropriate for “my friend’s spark exploded.”

They look confused more than anything. So: new theory is that they’re seeing that the planet is hollow, and the communication with Rodimus either didn’t happen or whatever’s happening to the Rod Squad interfered with what Rodimus heard

What I say: I'm fine

What I mean: people like to portray Whirl as less intelligent and a mindless psychopath when he's a really mentally damaged and violently suicidal person who had his life and career ruined, his body mutilated and joining the corrupt senate was his only option. He blames himself for the war and now he disguises crippling self hatred with bravado and violence and all this time he was desperately trying to die only to find out Megatron has denied him just that but after all that he is trying to make clocks again!! He's trying even though he knows things will never be quite the same and he most likely will never get back the skilled, forged hands he once had.
