And in it he says, "What's the point of treating the goldfish if it just goes back to the aquarium dirty?"
I'm sure it can be a difficult journey for you to find a therapist. But evaluate aspects of your life that may be contributing to your distress.
Also, if nothing else works, try seeing a psychiatrist; starting medication might be a good idea.
(I know it might sound hypocritical, since I don't go to therapy myself. But it's just advice.)
The truth is, I’m really tired.. mentally, physically and emotionally and I feel that, in one way or another, subconsciously, I’ve already given up…
But I’ll give it a go, you should do the same ♡
I'm not doing so badly that I need therapy.

But I'm not depressed or anything. I'm quite mentally healthy.
