21f i did have a blog before this one but unfortunately it got banned and then i was forced into recovery.

i’m back now with a new blog and i’m glad i get to be with a safe community again.

not eating saves you so much money like i think ive saved at least $50 the past four days by only having one small meal a day

hugging your boyfriend, and being able to feel the difference in size between you two. being so small and delicate in comparison. imagine your clumsiness being perceived as cute rather than borish. imagine your eyes seeming to be unnaturally large on your face compared to the rest of you. imagine being able to completely circle your upper arm with your pointer finger and thumb...

all of these things could easily be yours, it's just up to you to believe it and achieve it.

if anyone needs some motivation, my main motivation is seeing what everyone will think and say once i hit my goal weight. this is gonna sound so pick me but especially the validation of other people that only saw me as their fat friend and nothing else. it will feel so good.

broke my 20hr fast with some chicken and white rice. i put it into my calorie counter and it says it was around 350/400 ish cals? not sure but gonna start my fast again. feeling super motivated

fell into a depression hole but that just means i really have no motivation to eat, which im just srsly thankful for atp😭

breakfast:

protein shake, 110 cal

lunch:

grapes and blueberries, 78 cal

dinner:

grilled chicken with carrots, 236 cal

total: 424 cal

could be better, i will do a water fast tomorrow but my goal today was to stay under 500 cals

incase anyone needed to hear this, don’t slip up. don’t cave into that feeling of hunger. the weight is dropping, your arms, legs, stomach are getting smaller. don’t erase all your progress to indulge in something that will make you feel like shit.

Remember to change your plan from time to time, maybe monthly. Make it exciting and fun so you don’t associate starving with pain or a punishment, because is not.

Is the price to pay to be delicate and thin. <3
