CAN’T WAIT || KURTLAS F2F

At the idea of getting a free tattoo just from spending time with Silas - probably falling asleep and spending the night - was most definitely too tempting for Kurt to even consider passing up, though he had momentarily considered passing it up. He probably would have paid for the tattoo and still stayed with Silas afterwards because he liked spending time with Silas, and he had missed his best friend, but at the same time he knew he should be saving his money. “Are you sure? I mean, I’ll gladly stay either way, but are you sure about it being free? I was only mildly kidding,” he said with a light chuckle, but he was also serious. If Silas needed him to pay, he would gladly do so. As far as Kurt was concerned, Silas and Cece were the best artists in town - though he was a bit more biased towards his best friend - and he would gladly pay for the services. When he was told that lying down would be optimal for the purposes of getting closer to his skin, Kurt simply nodded before shifting himself and lying down on the couch. At the mention of freehanding some of the tattoo, Kurt just nodded a bit. “Of course. I trust you not to fuck up my skin,” he teased, turning his head back to offer a cheeky grin at Silas before getting more comfortable and resting his head on his outstretched arms.
He tested the tattoo gun a few more times before he pulled the black ink closer to him, “Yeah, of course it’s free. Unless you want to give a generous donation.” He was teasing; really when he wasn’t on the job he tried not to charge his friends the full amount; if any. It started when he was younger; still learning to do tattoo work. His friends would be his test subjects; trying out new ways of tattoo-ing and different designs. Glancing over at the image, he took a breath and leaned forward, pressing the needle to his skin. “I... just want to warn you now, even though I’ve already started,” He stated after a moment, “This... scar tissue; it may hurt a little more. So if you need to, grab a pillow.” He didn’t know exactly what had caused the scar, but it was prominent enough that he wanted to tell his friend about the pain threshold. He wasn’t going to push Kurt to tell him.
