Need a rant

Lockdown, quarantine, isolation, covid19 these are all the words people hear these last few weeks

I hear extra - I don’t feel well I need a doctor, oh we need to tidy this, we need to tidy that... all remotely... just kill me now

Starbucks Pike Place Seattle! The only draw to Seattle for me would be Greys Anatomy, BUT it’s not actually filmed in Seattle 😂🤣

Holding my tongue

Been a bit under the weather and I must hold my tongue in situations. I can’t even mention what it is in case someone is snooping on me, as was found out via my Twitter. #zip #holdmytongue #stayhealthy

4.30 am at the moment, been up for a hour or so, not able to get back to sleep. Too much on the mind.

Friends - if you are truely friends you pick up where you left off last time?

If people can’t do that or are forever withholding then there is no point?

I have to admit I am a open book, when I’m happy I tell everyone, when I am sad I tell everyone. So I don’t understand the secrets people hold.

My aim now, concentrate on the loves of my life and ignore all negativity

Park Run 20 & 21

New Year, new goals! park run every week where possible!!

Today I begun the year on a Park Run Double, Bushy Park (The Home of Park Run) at 9am and then Crane Park (my home run) at 10.30am

Bushy was busy, but found today was only 940 people, compared to their average 1500. I was 726 with an official time of 31.40.  I think I can get a PB on this course in the summer, its very flat! it was just majorly muddy today so lots of puddles to avoid and slipping around happened!

Made Crane Park for 10.15, had a yoghurt in the car then headed to the start line.

Today at Crane Park there was definitely more people than usual! I came a whopping 294! Never been below 162 there, even when I am tail walker!  I don't have an official time yet but I think around 32.30.

Another first for me was that I drove to a Park Run! 

At the finish line I met Paul Sinton-Hewitt the founder of Park Run!

This little monkey is growing up so quick! He’s started to listen to me and become a really good boy lately. Going back to work breaks my heart
