hello! you can call me fern or kit. these are just aliases and may change. i am okay with any pronouns but mainly use he/she/it.

stuffed animals have been very important to me my whole life. they’re a source of comfort for me and help me cope with my autism and mental health. i made this blog to share my own, ones on my wishlist, and to interact with other plushie lovers!

i don’t know how to make a proper dni but my main things i’d rather not see on here are kink/nsfw, s3lf h@rm, or ed blogs. basically, anything not safe for a kid, i don’t want to see. (i’m not a child, this is just how i phrase my online boundaries)

absolutely zero tolerance for maps or whatever they’re currently calling themselves.

i’ll block as i see fit.

this isn’t an agere blog and i’m not an age regressor, i just like toys! that being said, though, age regressors are welcome here. kink blogs misusing the term agere are not.

undersea friends baby duo i found at barnes and noble!!!! i have been wanting them FOREVER particularly the mole in the stingray costume. i was so excited to find them i love them so much:)

christmas usually takes me a long time to process because of autism stuff, but i finally have most presents open and need to show my new toys on here :D

i love these shiny sand filled animals! nice and heavy grounding friends to carry around :) i have a stingray too. they fulfill both stim toy and plushie roles lol

hi!!! i gained a surprising amount of followers on here lol. i appreciate that :)

i haven’t posted in a bit but i have amassed more plushies that i should take pictures of, and still have plenty i haven’t posted yet.

i was also thinking i might include my other toys/collections in this blog?! for example, calico critters, pokémon cards (just got started collecting those again), stim toys, putty, little animal figures, etc. i always like showing my stuff to others with similar interests, and seeing theirs!

Recently I got a nice stuffed animal, specifically an Aurora Snoozle Plush!

It's nicely shaped, has beads inside the ends of the limbs for weight, and it's very soft and fairly good at retaining my body heat and therefore keeping me warm when the room's cold! Its size makes it very nice to hold, and I don't often sleep with plush toys, but this one...yeah I've been sleeping with it and love it! Saw it in Books A Million and I'm glad I got it when I did!

Main downsides is that parts of it, specifically around seams near the feet, had what felt like dried paint? And I caught myself picking these bits off, along with a little stray fuzz. But after that, I now sleep comfortably with it with no issues!

i love well-loved plushies. when their fur is a bit matted and never quite as soft as it once was, but you can tell it's only because of countless hours of cuddles and care and love. when they're adorned with collars, bracelets, pins, or even just a simple ribbon. when you can tell they've been on many trips, attended many game nights, movie nights, and have never slept alone. when they've gone through a couple restuffings or mendings. or maybe they've been loved through all their changes. (there was no need to fix something that was never broken) when outfits for them have been created or chosen with care. i love well-loved plushies <3
