Yearning

6 months. half a year. i try to go out i try to do things out of my comfort zone, meet new people and see if i can click with somebody the same way i did back in 2017. I come back to the realization that i still love her, i never stopped loving her, and i dont think i will ever do.

i still come across her by accident, her photos on the back of my phone when i look for a file, her gifts across the house that i keep pushing back inside the closet, her art gifts and collages when i try to look for my own references across my accounts, the surprise notification when she interacts with me in another platform by accident, and the heartbreaking decision to once again remove her from my life in a different website

i still love her, i still dream about her and wake up well rested, i still remember fond memories that i cant share with anybody, i still come across things that i know she would like, i still pray for her well being

i have to learn how to live loving somebody who is gone. thats my grief
