hey lovely followers! i just wanted to remind you all that i have a new simblr for my sims 3 content. since it is a sub-blog to this one, "sim-styx" is the name that will appear on your followers list. i don't know when i'm going to post here again (i still haven't fixed my ts2 game). so please follow sunnysims as that is where i will be posting most of my photos and other ts3 related stuff. thanks! :D
can anyone tell me if there’s a way to turn this little sim tracker thingy off? it really gets in my way when taking screenshots. i’ve looked through the options for a way to get rid of it and haven’t found anything. so can it be removed or am i stuck just cropping it out when i go to edit my screenshots?

someone let me know how supernatural is. i might buy it! also, i'm gonna make another simblr for my ts3 game once i get the hang of it! i'm way too OCD to post it on this one...not even happy i'm posting this here but i gotta know. SO! how is supernatural?

i bought the sims 3 today.
i already had the base game buuuut….i lost it somewhere. so i bought the base game plus pets! but i’m not going to install until i have all the expansion packs (just so i have a little more time to work on Styx…obviously it’s nowhere near done). yaaaaay!!!
actually, i might just go out and get the rest of the expansion packs today. i know, it's going to be a huge expense but honestly i just can't take my sims 2 game at the moment. it keeps crashing and i have done everything to try and fix it. but i promise i will come back to Styx soon (especially since one of my simmies is pregnant...not tellin who yet (; )! just need to take a break to figure out what to do and find whatever CC is corrupting my game. this is what i get for having a messy downloads folder, i guess.
GIDDEON AND ELIZABETH GET ENGAGED -
After spending a lot of time with Giddeon, Elizabeth finally had a change of heart and decided that maybe she did have a small crush on him...actually, she had a big one, because the red hearts came shortly after the pink ones. After a very short courtship, Giddeon wanted to propose to her. She was the girl of his dreams, after all. He took her to dinner at Java the Hut (as it is the only place that serves food in Styx so far) and after a lovely meal of chef's salad for her and chili con carne for him, Giddeon popped the question with butterflies in his stomach. At first he thought she was sure to say no, maybe she would think he was moving too fast. But, much to his surprise, Elizabeth delightfully accepted his proposal. They plan on tying the knot this upcoming spring.

lightning struck one of Giddeon's trees while i wasn't paying attention. luckily his butler was there and called the fire department, otherwise Giddeon could have been lost!
After a long day of doing yard work, it only makes sense to play in the leaves! and if your best friend happens to walk by, of course you have to invite her to come play too!
RAYMOND HANDLER -
Raymond is a family sim with a lifetime want to marry off six children. He is currently single and lives alone with his big orange cat named Lacey. He is best friends with Adrian and Madeline. Raymond is seeking a job as of right now and lives at 1586 Maken Lane.
look who decided to grace us with his presence! this is seriously the first time i have seen Giddeon on a community lot. apparently he's a homebody and just likes to stay home and read books all day.
RACHEL AND MADELINE HAVE A DREAM DATE -
Rachel and Madeline spent a lovely night on the town together. The evening started off with the two ladies going out for dessert at Java the Hut, the town's local coffee shop. They messed around for a few hours, sharing each other's pieces of blueberry pie, before heading over to the soccer field behind Rachel's house to gaze at the stars.
After their date, Rachel received a bouquet of roses from Madeline, as well as a hot tub. Unfortunately, Rachel's house is too small for the hot tub. But since it is rude to sell a gift, it currently lingers in her inventory until she moves into a larger house (maybe with Madeline? (; ).
RACHEL RIGBY -
Rachel is a knowledge sim with a predestined hobby in tinkering. She is currently living alone with her cat Samuel at 1584 Maken Lane. She is currently employed by and seeing Madeline Harper and wants to propose to her when the timing is right.
the fall brings a lot of rain in Styx, even though the rain is edited in. you and i both know the rain in game doesn't show up very well in pictures (: but seriously! it's rained every single night during the fall so far!
Sally thinks breakfast tastes much better when it's fed to her off of Damian's plate.
SALLY CAMBRIDGE -
Sally is the town's first romance sim and she is currently keeping two lovers (Adrian Mello and Damian Archer), although she plans on having a lot more. Although the two men live next door to each other, they have no idea that they share a lover, and Sally plans on keeping it that way. She is the owner of Sally's Salon (creative, right?), which is currently a rank three business. She lives alone with her chihuahua, Lola, at 8421 Pleasantview Drive.
