Merry Christmas!!!

  I know, I’m a little early with that, but I didn’t want to wait.

Lot size is 60x60. I didn’t decorate yard that much, because I’m not that good at landscaping. House is unfurnished and costs 98 623 simoleons. It’s base game compatible. So if you don’t have pets or you just don’t like horses you can always tear that horse stable down. I felt like Monte Vista needed some horses :). Greenroom has normal roof so if you have Stones Throw Greenhouse set from store you can make it real greenroom or place some windows instead.
