my name is amelia, and i’m a twenty one year old australian sims player! i’ve lurked on tumblr for a while and decided finally it was time to join in on all the fun.

i’ve just started a nsb 2 legacy challenge and i’m also learning how to create my own custom content (although i’m pretty much 99% vanilla at the moment in game).

I can’t believe I am actually saying this, but I have made my first recolour CC for the Sims 4. Long story short: I saw these Converse Knee High shoes created by @sondescent - being the Emo kid that I am, I instantly was in love. I noticed it only had one swatch, and thought this could be a chance to experiment, do something new.

Also, interesting fact; I couldn’t find a Simlish translator so I went with Old Norse instead. The word scribbled on some of the swatches literally just reads as ‘Emo’.

I’m still new to this, and I’m probably very squeaky at this point, but honestly? I’m happy with how the recolour turned out. Could’ve been much worse. So, here is to you Emo and Scene kids! Also included in the swatches are Pride laces (I may do more flag colours in the future) and two swatches inspired by Monster High.

i’m soooo glad i finally found a mod that lets me remove sims’ faces, now all the brothers look themselves! i also gave them better teeth and i modified Trender and Splendor’s makeup
