A few weeks ago, I decided to take the time to share each of my lots and households as dedicated posts, but I'm realizing that in the end there isn't much feedback, and that it doesn't seem to interest that many people (apart from a few loyal followers whom I thank for their kind words, really!).
So as not to get bogged down in the subject and spend a lot of time taking screenshots of every aspect of the lots and writing detailed posts for each of them, I've decided to share it all in one block, so it's done once and for all. This will be in two posts, given the rather large amount of content shared (a total of 55 terrains and 88 Sims).
🗺️ For each lot, I specified the world, the neighborhood and the original lot it replaces. You can check the Sims Wiki to find the lot if needed (in most cases, with the lot size and the thumbnail you should be able to manage).
If you use @simsontherope lots, lots replaced by those won't overlap, I took care of lots he wasn't going to renovate.
💡 All lots are playtested but I might have missed some issues. They use no CC, but all of them require almost all currently available packs.
🧩 For residential rentals, I listed the units with their names in my game and the number of rooms as those are reseted when installing them. I've also specified the Sims living there if applicable.
🦦 Some Residential Rentals use lots traits I created to make their shared areas act as community lots. You can grab the mod here.
👨👩👦 For the households, if they live on one of the lots listed (or a specific unit for residential rentals), this will be specified.
Some households are grouped together for sharing in the gallery (to maintain family ties), so you'll need to split them according to what's shown in the captures.
You can use the biographies below to add family descriptions after splitting them.
For the [NPC] households, simply install them on an empty lot and then evict them immediately. Then in the Manage Households window, click on each household, mark them as Unplayed, and move them in the Other Households tab.
👤All my Sims come with multiple outfits - including 3 everyday outfits and a customized career one, multiple skills, preferences, a career, additional milestones and some other things set up if you use Lumpinou's amazing mods 🤗
Unfortunately, the gallery doesn't save the relationships between household members, so you might refer to the family dynamics and the milestones to set them up.
📌 You can download the tray files on SimFileShare or use my IA ID Down-In-Simsland to find the lots and the households on the gallery.

Households
Tognali - Row 1
Giovanna hasn't had an easy life, from a troubled childhood to a late divorce after being cheated on by her husband. But one thing's for sure: she's always kept up appearances, kept her honor intact and proved herself strong in the face of adversity. Will she be able to crack the shell and find love again in her later life?
Perrot-Huet - Row 1
Tim and Louise are both fervent defenders of the environment. But while Tim is unfailingly optimistic and tries to spread the good word, Louise seems more fatalistic and sometimes prefers to laugh about it, which sometimes causes tension! But beyond their differences, they both wish the best for their little ones, Gaspard and Alice.
Chevalier - Row 1
In his day, Marcel was a computer pioneer, and after the death of his wife he became even more dedicated, spending hours in front of his screens. His difficult character tends to put people off, and even though he's not in his right mind any more, he still has the affection of his daugther to support him.
Tognali - Row 2
Leonardo has always swum in troubled waters, and few people know the true nature of the activities he carries out under his cover as an insurance agent. Carmen closes her eyes and concentrates on her offspring, whom she leads by the hand: the promiscuous Valentina, the awkward Lorenzo and her favorite, little Matteo.
Cifuentes & Chevalier - Row 2
On her way to drop her son off at her good-for-nothing ex-husband's, Sabine met Raquel's gaze on the doorstep. The connection was total and instantaneous, much to Sabine's surprise. They moved into their own little cocoon, where they spend their days surrounded by music and good vibes.
Lacau - Row 3
Colette has spent her life devoted to others, when she wasn't busy cuddling her cat. Now that she should be retired, she still can't let go of her classroom. Could it be that she's afraid of solitude?
Suleiman - Row 3
The love story between Iyabo and Babatunde began over 50 years ago in Sulani. She didn't hesitate for a second to follow him as he left for the other side of the world to pursue his engineering studies. Today, very close to their happy tribe, they like to think of those wonderful years spent together.
Auger - Row 3
When they were still young and foolish, it was René's calm, reserved temperament that calmed the feisty Monique. With two children and many years behind them, they're enjoying a peaceful life… but perhaps a little too much for Monique's taste!
Auger - Row 3
Didier is a former soccer star who was cut down in mid-air because of his addictions and inappropriate behavior and has very little left today. He's trying as best he can to make ends meet for his son Jordan, who has been abandoned by his mother (whom he has to put up with seeing in love at the window next door…).
Guerdener & Suleiman - Row 4
What certainly brought Léo and Chioma together early on was their rejection of the norms and expectations that others might have of them. They make ends meet as best they can, but don't complain, and make the most of their little Orlin!
Suleiman & Hwang - Row 4
Ji-Ho and Amara fell in love while studying physics at university. These two cerebral athletes hit it off immediately. They prefer to take their time building their future, to the despair of Iyabo who would love an additional grandson!
Casabelle - Row 4
Bruno has been running the Motel Californie for more than 15 years, with its regulars, each one more eccentric and outcast than the other. His daughter Olivia, forced to help, dreams of other horizons, but she stays to take care of her aunt Edith, who is suffering from a terrible illness that limits her outings.
Flament - Row 4
Edith was a woman full of life before cancer caught up with her too late. Nevertheless, she remains hopeful of a positive outcome, and dreams of wild evenings on beaches on the other side of the world as she gazes into the murky air of the Motel Californie pool.
Fabre - Row 5
Coralie and Robert have never wanted to conform to society's expectations, and live their lives on the margins with their large family. While Anthony is brilliant and street-smart, Julien prefers to spend his time flirting. Charlotte and Duncan are both strong-willed, and get up to a lot of mischief, while little Gwen seems to be well-behaved… at least on the surface.
Valjas - Row 6
After a difficult childhood, Alina left everything behind to seek her fortune elsewhere. Determined to make it big one day, she satisfies her need for tenderness in the arms of the first man she meets.
Edison - Row 6
Oscar is a good-looking bachlor who seems to have everything together. But what's behind his long stay at the Motel Californie ? Is he running away from something, or simply keeping a low profile?
Kekauoha - Row 6
Alexis is a confident, outgoing young woman with questionable taste, but that wasn't always the case. Now that she's found her way, she hopes to be a positive influence on the people around her, especially those who don't trust themselves.
Jimenez - Row 6
Levi has only one dream in mind: to one day become a recognized fashion designer. But the competition is tough, and while he waits to be noticed, he eats away at his time designing unique pieces in the humidity of his room at the Motel Californie.
Scheneider - Row 6
No one knows much about Flore; their arrival at the California Motel was very low-key, and they are rarely seen hanging around. The other tenants are often captivated by their aura, as if they know things the others don't.
Oumarou - Row 6
Nicole ran away from an abusive marriage to give her son Souleymane a better life. Now she's hoping to rebuild her life, and that her stay at the California Motel will only be a short one. But Souley seems to have found a reason to stay longer, and that reason has long, beautiful chatin curls.
[NPC] Rancher - Row 6
Straight out of an afternoon TV movie where an overworked young New Yorker finds love with a charming young man from the countryside, Nigel sweeps hearts away as he cleans barns with his bare chest out.
[NPC] UBrite - Row 7
University studies are important, but that's not the main thing for this band of merry men and women who are sure to liven up your student evenings at UBrite (teachers included, even Héléna who, despite her old age, often goes to bed last).
