My sims 4 game is on hold until we get the next update that will hopefully fix broken roofs. It takes me so long to renovate a build with detail and I am not about to redo my whole game. Looks like it's Sims 3 and me...been playing inzoi while waiting for this months update for Sims 4 but it's still too unpolished for me to play. I still find more excitement with playing Sims 3 and 4 right now. Thinking about getting an Xbox. I used to own a 360 Xbox and played a lot of M rated shooter games along with GTA. I wanna check out the new Thief game and whole bunch of other games possibly. It's good to mix it up.
Catalina 2026.
Still working long hours in Bridgeport... trying to get the game set up for easy play and screenshots...building in the game gets in the way. I wanted to play this couple but I'm remodeling in this game more than playing.. so much to do!🤣🤗. This is Catalina and her Fiancé Darnell G. She's a vampire and he's a hybrid vampire/ fairy thanks to Nraas mods. I've been playing them for 5 years now.. they keep evolving as a couple in my game. The house belongs to Jenny and Nick Redder, Catalina's parents. Jennifer "Oh Jenny" is running for Mayor in Bridgeport and Nick is a scientist at the Landgraab Industries Science Facility...I have played Nick and Jenny since forever... 2010. The family is large and all vampires with a few hybrids...witches and fairies.

Landgraab Marine Science Facility. Playable rabbit hole no cc rug.
First floor offices connect to a third floor break room and the basement lab.
Sims can go to work and use the basement lab to gain skills or relax after work. The basement lab, break rooms and ground level offices are open to the community. This is a cc free way to make your rabbit holes in game playable without using a cc rug.
Third floor break room has a full island kitchen two tables and four chairs, a recharging area for bots and a gaming station.

This is a place for sims that are interested in the science career or who already work in the science career. The lot is open to anyone in the Bridgeport community. Access to the basement and third floor breakroom start at ground level near the rabbit hole entrance. Playtesting was successful with routing and sims are showing up to use the skill enhancing gameplay on the lot.
I have a hospital not far from this lot in Bridgeport that is set up like this but I use a cc rug instead of the actual rabbit hole.
Catalina: Second day of filling in shifts at the Bridgeport( Landgraab) Marine Science Facility. Today Dad made me his vampire daughter wear an actual uniform and asked me kindly to not sleep on the job because it makes his student scientist feel inferior. She stepped up to his request because she loves her non-vampire sim dad way more than her vampire mom, Jennifer Redder...Jenifer Oh Jenny.
Sims 3 Rabbit Holes can be made playable by building on the same lot around them or adding them to a basement and building over them.
Make sure you provide a way for sims to get to the rabbit hole around your build. This is a community lot so any science minded sims will be able to access the ground level offices and lab in the basement.
Catalina (vampire) is a medical student filling in shifts at the Landgraab Marine Science Facility in Bridgeport. Her dad and oldest brother run a robotics program in the basement. She works as hard as she has too.
She's my Super Sim a true genius.

Investors control the buyout which is immanent. Gaming industry is all about the dollar bill right now, Not about your favorite game.
Shares and Stocks are all this buyout is about along with white washing and Sport washing within the industry.
Saudis need to erase their human rights violations and look presentable( good) on the world's stage. White Washing. Sports Washing.
The Sims has nothing to do with this buyout but The Sims IP will get chopped if there is no profit with revenues.
I love this game and have supported EA up until now.
EA was an American company and American companies are just as shady as any other company in the world. I don't believe EA was ever a clean company.
There's no such thing as an honest, good CEO.
There is Corruption in all areas of business within the Whole World and money is the fuel.
EA did not represent my culture.
I knew they would pour cheap/ free DLC out into the community to protect their "inclusiveness" image.
As a West African I see this as racism.
