Animated Christmas Lights!
Both lights can be found in the wall deco and wall lights parts of the catalogue. They work like any other light, turn them on and off as you will. However, they aren't derived from any object/lighting aspect in the game, instead they both use fx effects buried in the game files. As they both use separate effects, each string lights requires its own package file. They should work fine, needing only the base game. Please let me know if they don’t function correctly for you.
Like paintings, they auto attach to walls but you can move them around much more freely using the moo cheat. I would advise to use these conservatively as their polycount will add up significantly the more you place and the fx may slow down your framerates. If you have a good computer then it shouldn't be a problem, but go easy on the placement of these if you don't.
