This project started with the purpose to create an intuitive and easy-to-use interface for this new product and deliver a consistent user experience across the product.
The continuous collaboration with the project manager, developers, and marketing department was extremely important for the success of this project. We developed concepts for the user interface and used paper-based mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate the solution’s ideas.
Throughout the project, we continuously involved different stakeholders to ensure the solution targeted the end users and their needs.
The entire process leading to this product was iterative: the functionalities and the interface of the product were continuously adjusted to fit the needs of the end-users and guarantee the best user experience.
This project was the first one where UX was involved in the product development process. That changed the way the team used to approach the development of a new product.
This project contributed to outline a design path for future products aiming to create intuitive interfaces and clearly communicate the company brand
