simon shiff says \ Isla Mujeres Off the coast of Cancun, Isla Mujeres is a small island that can be lapped by golf cart in about 40 minutes.

simon shiff says \ Tulum We rented a car and toured Tulum. We visited the Mayan Ruins and a few Cenotes (fresh water pools). One of the best activity days of the trip.

simon shiff says \ Cozumel Island Off the coast of Playa Del Carmen is a lovely, not-so-untouched island which is a popular day trip. Expecting a small, tranquil island, we were shocked by the commercialisation and american influence.  We rented a jeep and toured the island for the day. Wrong side of the road, wrong side of the car.

simon shiff says \ Playa Del Carmen, Mexico Playa Del Carmen, the home to the BPM Festival and a city that bustles this time of year.  Very different to Puerto Escondido with far more tourists and far less need to speak Spanish. Playa has not been without it’s drama but we are all safe and shouldn’t need to alter our plans too much. Opportunities to shoot have been limited, but Tulum is next and am hoping to shoot more there.
