#I watched the original Eva in my late teens #and it wasn't too long after that the first Rebuild came out in English #I knew there wasn't much new material in it so I told myself I'd wait a couple years #I'd watch the movies when the series was done #So here I am in my 30's more than a decade later cramming 8 hours of Evangelion into my weekend #Still processing those last two films tbh #gut reaction to the ending was positive though

I cannot believe that in the absolutely cursed year 2020 we get the news that there’s more Hetalia coming. I was in college during the peak Hetalia years. One semester I took a 7-10 PM seminar that was the only class meeting in the building at that time. During class one night we heard shrieking and screaming down the hall so my professor and some classmates went to investigate during the break. Turns out it was a bunch of Hetalia cosplayers hosting a “world summit” which I guess mostly consisted of a photoshoot, displaying shippy fan art on the smart board, and blasting Hetalia music at full volume.

#Shout out to Professor Chen who valiantly kept trying to discuss a book on Chinese civil society in light of this nightmare #Unfortunately I had many other run ins with the Hetalia fans during college
