I had no idea so many on tumblr were openly blogging about having sickle cell. I have it too, and it's so refreshing to see people who know what I'm going through and really understand because I don't know anyone else who has it or truly gets it, I literally feel like crying lol

oh no don't cry! we're survivers...even if people don't see it lol. i'm actually in the hospital now cause i thought i was either having a sickle crisis or an asthma attack. turns out i have pneumonia :( but don't be a stranger hun! you can talk to me whenever!
