Hi loves,

From this point on, there will be only Sims 3 related content on my Tumblr. 🫣 The reason is that the Sims 4 doesn't give me the joy it gave me a few years ago, only bugs and glitches to be honest. 😅 I think that I'm even mentally checked out of that game.

With the PC I have now, the Sims 3 is basically a feather and is a massive joy to play. I will reblog everything I download and maybe also post pictures of my legacy challenge I'm in love with.

the bradley family home.

new family home for one of my current household sims! it’s a bit of a running joke that my bradley hale is a bit obsessed with himself; he has 3 different stars named bradley, and all 4 of his kids have names starting with ‘br’ (brandon, brianna, britney & brody). since this house is for him, it was only fitting to name it ‘the bradley’ :) that’s lore baby!

this house has 4 bedrooms; a master bedroom, a child (more teen) girl bedroom, a teen boy bedroom & a baby/toddler bedroom. it also has a decently sized study that could be turned into another bedroom easily. also has the standard living room, kitchen & dining, plus a bonus greenhouse + extension with a chemistry table built specifically for certain illegal activities teehee!

you guys are not gonna believe this but my current household sims outgrew their current house again :) here’s another family home to cater to that. this is a medium(?) sized single storey family home decorated with a master bed & bath, a teen girl bedroom, a child boy bedroom, a nursery for twins, a relatively open kitchen, living & dining area, a laundry and a pool for the tykes. it’s based off a nz house plans floor plan again and I’m very excited to play in it yippee

my current household’s sim got pregnant far younger than she should have and popped out a baby, and since my sim is rich and famous and the best dad ever, he decided to set the kid & grandkid up and build a lil house right next to his :) yay hale lore!

this is 2 individual houses on a single lot; the house on the left is the original harewood, and the house on the right is a new addition and the house featured in these screenshots. the new house is a small two bedroom house decorated with a master bedroom and a toddler bedroom. it is tiny but it does the job and could also work later down the line when said famous father is an old man and his daughter takes over the big family home and boots him into the small one, only time will tell.

4b glenorchy road townhouses.

new zealand is being absolutely taken over by these little blocks of townhouses, and after seeing a plan for one online, I was in the mood to try and recreate it in the sims. this is a modern block of townhouses that function the same as late night apartments, meaning one is decorated and the other two are blacked out. if you wanted to decorate the other two yourself or make any changes to the exterior of the build overall, you’d need to use the ‘restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false’ cheat in order to do so.

the furnished townhouse (the one on the left) has 2 bedrooms both decorated with young adults in mind since these townhouses give me more of a ‘flatmates’ vibe than ‘family gameplay’. it’s pretty black/white all throughout, but I think it turned out nicely and hopefully you think so too :)

hale haven.

once again my current household sims have outgrown the house I have them in, so it was time to build a new one. this house is actually kind of a “house conversion” from the sims 4; I came across a build named ‘american suburban’ on the gallery, fell in love with it and wanted to recreate it in the sims 3. unfortunately I didn’t actually save the lot to my library and forgot they don’t automatically save there upon placing, and there are too many lots named ‘american suburban’ on the gallery so I was unable to track the lot down again to see who created the original - if you recognise this house and know who built it, please let me know so I can credit them properly!

the house has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is decorated for a female teen and two young adult males, but you can change this to suit your own sims if you wish. the backyard is also fully decorated (very rare for me) and includes a spa pool & gardening spot for dylan’s special plants :) idk I’m very chuffed with this house and I hope you like it too!
