“…it’s still a shame that you’re forced into studying accents, but there’s very few Australian parts. Actually, recently I just finished a movie in Australia called Candy, and it’s a love story between two Australian junkies, and that was the first time I could use my own accent in almost eight years. It was really liberating to just…I’d forgotten how free you are to just roam about with your voice and improvise and breathe in your actions and not be conscious of the words that are coming from your mouth.
