Promises

A guard tells her (calling her “prisoner 002″ that she has a visitor, and we see Maureen approach the door of the cell, the two of them looking at each other through the grid. June jokingly asks if Maureen baked her a cake with a file in it to escape; Maureen replies that she doesn’t bake and June doesn’t need a file. June shrugs, smiling awkwardly. Maureen tells her she saw a list of passengers of the next trip from Earth, including a woman with the same last name as June, Jessica Harris, autorized by June’s pseudonym. June reveals it’s technically her sister, as Jessica disowned her. Maureen says that menas Jessica doesn’t know who she really is, and June replies she’s not sure either at this point. Maureen affirms she does know the real June. After a charged pause, Maureen gently tells her June to look her up when she gets out of prison, making her smile.]
