the moment. I absolutely hate it, I feel super self concious and it's stopping me from going out and enjoying life, I feel really alone. But for some reason, it's like something is holding me back from just changing and getting into a healthy routine, I just feel like I'm going to be stuck like this forever. I have a great routine which I find helps me to stay in shape, mentally and physically. I wake up and have a healthy breakfast, I have lots of green tea and water during the day, I walk to work and walk on my lunch break every day, I eat healthy meals and I exercise after work when I feel like it. It's all about nourishing your body and doing what makes you feel good :) try to incorporate little things you like doing into your every day life. Make an effort to smile and be kind to others and you will feel great on the inside and outside :) I hope this helps!
