Just in time for the weekend, I wanted to share a fun little extra with you! Iāve put together a glamping tent on a 20x30 lot using the new Ikhas Set. Sometimes, build items can feel a bit abstract until you see them put together, so feel free to drop this straight into your game as a destination lot, or just use it as inspiration for your own builds.
The layout features a central seating area with the entrance, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom wrapping around it. Step outside, and there are tons of terrace spaces to relax, complete with the sunken pool from Ikhas Part 2!
Additional CC used: Soho, Kichen, Kichen 2.0, Shop the Look, Fayun (for lighting), and Estate (for the bathroom). (I will be updating this lot once Ikhas Part 4 is officially finished!)

Hello, friends! This is Version 1 of some 18th century riding habits. In this case, it's the riding habit WITHOUT the coat. Next project I'll work on is V2, the version WITH the coat.

Recolors with the mesh are fine, HOWEVER, out of respect to the creators' whose meshes I used, please give Sifix and WaxesNostalgic credit as well.
This one has been requested by several people, and turns out was on my list, and downloaded in my WIP folder for a little while!!
Introducing, Cashcraft's Regency Collection, converted to The Sims 4, for your enjoyment!
It's a very big set, and I was in two minds as to whether I wanted to do more changes or not. I settled on making a lighter wood swatch, as well as some additional coloured upholstery, and tablewear. As in other sets I've done, I have given all possible combinations, which were only previously available on individual swatches, including a couple new, fun bits.
It's a combination of Cashcraft's main Regency set, plus the Red set, and Revisited set.
ALRIGHT, let's go!!
The set has 24 items; the pictures represent a small number of the swatches as examples.
Seating:
- Dining chair - 16 swatches: 8 upholstery colours with two wood colours each;
- Armchair/Living chair:
- Loveseat - 80 swatches each: 8 upholstery colours, 7 different cushions on each one, as well as one INVISIBLE cushion swatch - so you can add your own cushions, or none at all.

Tables:
- Long dining table;
- small "round" table (it's not quite round, but Cashcraft called it that) - 6 swatches each: 3 different tablecloths, two different wood colours.
Miscellaneous non-functioning deco:
- Tea service - 8 swatches: 4 china colours, with two wood tray colours.
- Soup tureen;
- Cake plate with cloche;
- Dining plates - all these have 4 different china colours.
- Tea chest - 12 swatches: 4 outside colour things, and each having 3 lid colours
- Vase of Roses; originally this was a handful of swatches with the ugliest rose shapes š. I made new roses, using the same vase and leaves; - 35 swatches: 7 different rose colours, each with 4 different vases.
- Ice bucket (on feet, but you can also place this on tables if you want) - 2 wood colours.
- Wine goblets on tray - 12 swatches: 3 different glass colours with 3 different trays each.
- Spirit decanters (or wine, I suppose) - 10 swatches: 2 different tray and bottle designs, each with 5 different liquid colours
- Wine bottles - 3 different bottle colours.

Cabinets:
- China cabinets with plates and cups etc:
- Small cabinet, with deco slots on the top, bottom shelf, and four spaces inside the cabinet for additional deco
- Tall cabinet
- Sideboard - each of these has 12 swatches: 6 different china colours, in two different wood colours
- Sideboard with drawers - 2 wood colours. Both sideboards have heeeaps of deco slots, so you can cover them with all your food, decorations etc.

- Single candlestick - 18 swatches: 3 different candleholders, with 6 candle colours each.
- Candelabra on pedestal, two candles - 20 swatches: 4 metal fixtures, each with 5 different pedestal & urn colours
- Candelabra, three candles, crystal drops (though these only really look like glass, I'm sorry!) - 16 swatches: 4 metal candelabras, each with four different colour candles

Chandeliers:
Medium and Tall heights, though would probably still work in short rooms; 6 candles - 20 swatches: 4 different metal fixtures, with 5 different glass colours each.

And that's them all! Phew~ (the set had a place setting as well, which I have not done because I thought it looked so ugly, I couldn't subject anyone else to that!)
If you search in build/buy, just "the regency collection", it should show you all 24 items at once (unless you have something else with that phrase in it? mine doesn't)

Update 29/01/2026: Sims were unable to lay the table where the table cloth was - have now fixed this.
The House of Dunkeld had ruled Victoria, a kingdom in the northwest of the Windenburg Isle, since the early 1400s. The Dunkelds were among the strongest and most influential families in the region, known for their roots in the mountain clans and a long tradition of skilled warriors. For more than three hundred years, Victoria and Windenburg were bitter enemies, their rivalry shaping much of the isleās history. Peace between them was rare and usually short-lived, most often secured through marriages meant to ease tensions rather than truly resolve them.
With the extinction of the House of Verdun, King James IV became the heir to Windenburg and San Myshuno, succeeding his distant cousin, King Edmund VII. In 1589, his accession brought about the political unification of the Windenburg Isle under a single crown. The Dunkeld reign was marked by near-constant turmoil, most notably during the Wars of Religion, which ravaged Windenburg for nearly seventy years. This period of instability culminated in the Windenburg Civil War of 1656ā1658. This brutal conflict plunged the realm into chaos and resulted in the overthrow and exile of the Dunkeld dynasty.
Though displaced, the Dunkelds were not extinguished. In 1662, they reclaimed their thrones and restored their rule. The death of Queen Matilda in 1714, however, once again cast the kingdom into uncertainty. Her passing ignited the War of Windenburgian Succession, as rival claims were pressed by her cousins, Joseph, Prince of Wittenburg, and King Carlos I of Almeria.

This month rounds things off with those finishing touches that bring a space to life. One of the core pieces Iāve had in mind since the beginning: a table-style island, modular and built in three parts, available in warm wood tones for a lived-in, natural look.
Youāll also find new cabinetryāshorter units, half-height pieces, detailed cornices, and updated counters to let you shape the space exactly how you imagine it. Range hoods are included too, designed to pair with last monthās ovens.
To elevate the room further: three new wallpapers (two tiled in different heights, one plain), a new ceiling swatch, and marble floor tiles for that subtle sense of permanence.
And of course, no kitchen is complete without character: deVOL-inspired lights, a hanging utensil rack, bottles of olive oil + vinegar, and soft Roman blinds for the windows. All the little things that make a space feel loved.

A new month means a new set āØ This time Iāve finally tackled the Laundry Room!
Inspired by period dramas and service areas with glass walls, I created a set of doors and windows for all wall heights that slot together seamlessly. Perfect for partitioning spaces or even building a conservatory šæ
Of course, the heart of the set is the washing machine and dryer ā both functional and deco-only, so you can use them even without the Laundry Pack. They work on their own, in the Fridgenook from Part 11, or in the new counters made especially for them. Youāll also get a laundry basket (functional + deco), two cabinets (one with an ironing board, one empty), and plenty of clutter: washing powder, detergent, softener, spray soap, an iron, a set-up ironing board, and a basket of neatly folded laundry.

Inspired by Georgian and Palladian architecture ā elegant, sturdy, and slightly simpler than the manor house, yet still grand in presence. This first release focuses on doors and archways, which can be customized with separate door wings, matching windows, stone surrounds, and a small round window.
The doors are detailed with heavy metal hardware and horse-shaped handles, and come in 3-tile, 2-tile, and single-tile versions. To round things off, thereās a functional frieze, foot trim, and a series of climbing rose bushes to bring your stable walls to life. šæ

Itās finally here ā the very first part of DelSol!
This project has been bubbling away since 2019, when I first watched Kendall Jennerās Architectural Digest house tour and completely fell in love with her home. The warm stucco walls, graceful arches, and that perfect blend of classic Spanish Revival and modern touches had me hooked. I knew one day Iād have to bring that look to The Sims ā and today is the first step in doing just that.
Part One is all about setting the tone with entryways and first impressions:
A brand-new family of arched and square windows
Both flat and arched patio doors with open versions for that perfect indoor/outdoor flow
And my absolute favourite piece of the month ā the Puerta del Sol studded wooden door š
I am obsessed with how this door turned out. It has such a timeless Spanish Revival look, and the wrought iron transom detail in the medium height version feels like the perfect nod to classic craftsmanship. Plus, this month debuts a brand-new wood texture with more natural grain variation, which makes every swatch feel rich and authentic. Itās easily one of my favourite textures Iāve ever worked on!
This is just the beginning ā and over the next few months weāll be adding even more windows, doors, shutters, and exterior details to make DelSol the ultimate toolkit for building warm, sun-soaked California Revival homes.

HELLO! I am so, so proud of finally being able to realize this project, so let's get down to it.
A fascinating part of the English Regency era was achieving social glory and fame and financial gain through victorious capture of ships during battle; as well as the reality of the exploits, and atrocities committed by the British Empire in the name of colonialism and profit.
These uniforms--three mesh variants--can encompass the uniforms of the ranks of mate, midshipman, lieutenant, and captain. I was actually going to add embroidery, but last week at work kicked my butt, and I didn't want to delay this any further.
All the items are separate, and the non-epaulette top could easily be used as a regular outfit for any Regency gentleman; as could the breeches, stockings, and shoes.
I've also included labeled PSD files so you can recolor to your heart's desire.
