4 twin packs of swatches: two classic with black skirt, two pastel ones, two super funky polkadot ones and two in monochrome (little Cassandra Goth-ish ^^ )

I am keeping the .psd, because I might make some more packs in the future, I feel the cut of this dress is very timeless and can be retextured in a variety of styles. Besides, I feel there is not enough cute things for the little sim princesses!

I made it to 250 followers! This time I’m sharing another community lot build/makeover. I needed a nice club to go with my sims to. The nightclub in Willow Creek was not cutting the mustard. So I decided to build an upscale club/theater. I tried to put curved fences in the sunken split-level section and on the catwalks and I’ll never try that again. It’s a nightmare! Anyways, it has a huge dance floor, a stage with musical instruments, large bar, 3 private lounges, bathrooms, catwalks, VIP area, rooftop access and a backstage area. I hope you enjoy this build too and thanks again to all my followers.

Update+Sims 4 CC Site Recommend

I’ve hit a snag with the bands on the gem rings I’m working on.They’re just not good enough yet, however I’m working on it.In the meantime, I have a Sims 4 CC site to recommend.

They consistently have incredible meshes and textures, if you haven’t checked it out yet, you should.It’s an Italian website,so you might need a translation.

They also have great conversions.

Every time I pass another follower step stone I feel bad because I don’t know much anything about making custom content to make good gifts but since I’ve started tinkering with the Sims 4 Studio I decided to give it a try. This is nothing fancier than some recolors but It’s a start anyway. I would’ve loved to make something for sims 2 but I know even less about its cc making) The reason I came up with these is that I missed more options for medieval stuff in the game and just I love these kinds of colored windows.

These are non-default so they won’t override anything. The two base game windows which these are based on (I don’t know their English names since I play my game in Finnish) will be their separate objects and this download adds two more windows to your build catalogue.

So in total this download consists of 2 objects and 8 same recolors for them both. Both of those windows have 4 recolor options for the frames and 2 options for the window glass screens. They are all compatible together so you can have any colored frames with any colored screen. These cost 145 simoleons in the game.
