Hi!! The first Vet School update is finally here! I had to fix all the career tunings to make them 32bit since they were changed for the last EP, so I also decided to fix a few things and add a few new ones.
DOWNLOAD HERE
Update Notes
It now takes less time to pass a subject; by just going to school and attending a lecture every day for a week, it will be enough to pass. Remember that every day they will learn about a different subject, so if you miss a day or simply want to give your sim a better chance to pass, you can also study on the computer. The 2 custom skills included in the mod also give your sim better chances to pass!
Changed career tunings to 32bit.
Fixed some grammar mistakes and added a Spanish translation.
Your Sims can now apply for a scholarship if they don't have enough money to pay for Vet School! There are 3 different types which you can learn about on the new Scholarships menu (you need to have a SimVet Academy Portal account), but remember that you can only receive ONE scholarship, so choose wisely.
Any sim can now donate simoleons to an animal shelter through the base game menu on the computer, as they would donate to any other place. (I got this idea while working on a volunteer program, and I thought it was a cute addition!).
Teens can sign up for a volunteer program (computer) and choose one to gain experience for the Vet School application. I added 2 options for now, but I want to add more in the future: Animal Shelter and Veterinary Clinic. If your sim reached level 2 of my Stable Hand career, it will also count as experience!
Added an option to research papers for paper-based subjects to increase the knowledge in those subjects, just like the study interaction works for the other ones.
Added an option to check your progress on the subjects (so it's easier to know when to do an exam or submit a paper).
And that's it for this update! Please let me know if you have any problems, and I'll try my best to fix them :) Have fun and see you in my next mod 💕
James has started to get along with his sister Ruby. He figured since she's going nowhere, they might as well have fun together! She soon grew up and turned out to be quite a nice toddler. She does like to make a mess and apparently loves water!
James has made some friends at school, and they have a nice little group, so they like to hang out together to tell stories and play. He also tried riding Willow for the first time, but he just didn't enjoy it. He does love animals and nature, just like his father, but he isn't really keen on doing ranch chores... He still likes to pet and brush Willow, though!
After months of not playing, I'm back to this household. This is the longest I've ever played with a family (I think I started the challenge back in 2023). I'm currently on gen 5 during the 1920s, and while I don't particularly focus on the events of the decade, I still enjoy the challenge of living without electricity and having to follow a certain fashion style.
I'm really excited to see where this family ends up, because I plan to reach the 2020s, I just have no idea when I'll actually finish! Also, I'd like to do a post with a summarised history of the family, since I haven't been posting here since the start, we'll see.
Hey! I've finally found some time and motivation to update my mods (and think about new ones 👀), so here are some updates for careers and a compatibility status for the other mods.
Just as a small life update, I'll be starting a new job next month, for which I've been doing a course for the past month, which is part of the reasons why I couldn't come back sooner. This time it's a part-time job at the airport, which I'm really excited for, so we'll see how it goes! 👀
It's a summer job, and I'll be doing less hours, so, hopefully I'll have the time (and energy) to keep my mods updated (even if I don't end up releasing any new ones). Anyway, here's the current mod status.
Updated mods:
Seamstress Career 🔄️ Changed the career tunings to 32bit to fix the issues when the Royalty & Legacy EP is installed. I don't have the pack (I didn't have any problems while testing), so I can't be 100% sure that it's completely fixed. Make sure to tell me if you find any problems.
Equestrian Magazine Career 🔄️ Changed the career tunings to 32bit to fix the issues when the Royalty & Legacy EP is installed. I don't have the pack (I didn't have any problems while testing), so I can't be 100% sure that it's completely fixed. Make sure to tell me if you find any problems.

Still compatible:
More Horse Activities ✅
Historical Traits Pack ✅ Added a Polish translation, no need to redownload.
Cottagecore Lifestyle ✅
More Expensive Horses ✅
Equestrian Lot Traits ⚠️ Since I don't have the last EP, I wasn't able to fully test this mod (I personally didn't have any issues). I didn't see any tuning changes while testing and comparing xmls, so please let me know if you encounter any problems with it!
Currently being updated:
Vet School ⌛ This mod will take a bit longer to update, since there are so many references to the career, and I want to improve the way subjects work and how long it takes to study until you can pass, also some minor tweaks, and hopefully a few new additions!
Future plans:
Equestrian Expanded (Better Horses & Storytelling): this is still a wip, I wanted to work on the riding instructor career next, but with Vet School and the break, I haven't even started. I'm not sure when I'll get back to it, but I'll keep you posted when I do! I also want to add more to improve horse and equestrian gameplay in general, I have many ideas, so we'll see 👀
Improved teen gameplay: I have many ideas for a big mod to improve the gameplay for teens, which (even though we got a whole EP for them) I feel is really lacking, after all these years. I'd love to hear any ideas you may have, for now, I've thought about adding more meaningful interactions between teens and family/friends, more learning opportunities (apart from high school and uni), the ability to join fandoms, online forums and more ways to get advice for those difficult years, and so much more! It's such an exciting project, deeply based on my experience as a teen and what I would've liked to see in the High School Years EP.
Expanded Bookworm Trait: as a bookworm myself, I think that the trait should have much more gameplay options, like being able to write and post reviews, consume bookish content, have a library card, publish bookish content and gain followers, fame, and scandals, visit book fairs, join a book club, etc. Also let me know if you have any ideas 👀
And more: I have many ideas for careers, aspirations, traits, and gameplay improvements that I hope will see the light one day...
As always, thank you so much for your support, especially since I've been gone for a few months, I'm really excited to come back 😊
Hey! The Vet School mod is finally here :) This has been my biggest project yet, taking me months to finish, including having to start over and endless testing. But I'm really proud of the result, and I hope you enjoy it!
This mod is based on extensive research of how vet schools work (in the US), the application process, what topics are covered, typical activities, licenses, etc. So it has a realistic base, but I still added my own touch, since many things just aren't possible to do due to game limitations and my own modding knowledge.
Please let me know if you encounter any issues or have any suggestions or ideas that I can add to the mod. This is the initial release, but I have many features planned, so stay tuned 👀
This mod introduces a new career for those Sims who wish to become vets: vet school. It has an application system that can be started on the computer by signing up for the SimVet Academy Portal. If you just want to start right now or you got rejected the first time and don't want to repeat the whole process, there's a cheat to get accepted immediately (make sure testingcheats is on and you shift + click on your sim).
To sum it up, you have to write and submit a personal essay, submit a vet experience report, a letter of recommendation, and a final grades report/uni diploma, then pass the Sim Graduate Record Examination, pass the interview, and receive your acceptance letter!
Once you get your acceptance letter, whether it's through the cheat or the application process, you will have to pay the course fees (50k - vet school is expensive) and enroll in the program to be able to join the Vet Student career (still through the academy portal). Teen sims will be able to complete the application process, but to pay the fees and enroll, they will have to wait until they age up to YA.
Also, the letter mentions scholarships, which haven't been added yet, so if you don't have enough money, you can either cheat it, or take a loan with a separate mod.
Once the sim joins, they will be able to sign up for the digital campus on the computer, which gives them access to the study materials and allows them to write final papers.
Vet School consists of 4 years: 3 rabbithole years of pre-clinical studies, exams, papers, and other activities + 1 year of active clinical rotations.
In the first 3 years, you will have to pass 5 different subjects (3 exams - phone - and 2 papers - computer). To do this, Sims can study for the exams on the computer or by attending a lecture during class (new custom career tone that increases a different subject's knowledge every day). To pass the final papers, they should also attend lectures to increase their knowledge about that subject.
They can also increase the 2 new academic skills: Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine. These skills can be increased by reading skill books, performing computer or phone interactions, practicing on the veterinary medicine station, and going to the lab (new custom career tone that increases a different skill every day). Once they reach the max level, they will receive a trait (Medical Expert and Veterinary Scholar) with special interactions and abilities.
When they reach year 3, and they pass all their subjects and sign up for the next simester, they will start their year 4 active clinical rotations at the veterinary hospital. In order to do this, you will have to place down a veterinary clinic/hospital from the gallery, use the premade one, or make your own, and then change the venue type to Veterinary Hospital.
The venue type has no required objects, but I recommend that you place down the following: veterinary medicine station, chemical analyzer, get to work snack fridge, coffee pot, bathroom with sink, front desk with computer, and some animal care objects (beds, food bowls, litter box, toys...). If you forget to add anything, just use the enablefreebuild cheat and add it; otherwise, you may not be able to complete certain objectives.
Some NPCs will spawn (including sick pets and vet workers), and they will mostly hang out around the hospital. Pets are more likely to interact with objects, and sims with each other and with computers. Due to the way sick pets and vet situations are handled in the game, I couldn't get NPCs to actually use vet objects or interact with the animals. Hopefully, I'll find a fix in the future, but for now, it has to be like this 😢 In future updates, I'll also try to add more goals/activities to complete during the rotations.
Also, Sims will wear the low-level doctor uniform to the rotations, but you can edit it with this mod from midnitetech.
I added a cheat to directly join the 4th year, in case you don't want to go through the first 3 levels, or you just want to test the active clinical rotations.
Every time they come back from work (whether it was an active shift or rabbithole), they will be able to write a clinical rotation report, which they must submit. So, they will have to complete at least 5 days of clinical rotations. Then they will be able to take the final exam (study first), and if they pass, they will be able to graduate!
During the 4 years of vet school, they will also be able to attend some activities/events (I'll be adding more in future updates), depending on the year they're in.
To graduate, they will need to attend the graduation through the phone (it's a rabbithole for now, but I plan to make an active event in the future).
They can get a milestone if you own Growing Together, but for some reason it doesn't always work. So the best solution if you really want the milestone is to remove the vet school graduate trait (with mccc or lumpinou's sim info manager mod) and add it again separately; if you need to search for it, this is the name: dion_VetSchool_Graduate_Trait.
After they graduate, if they want to work in the field, they will need to get a license by taking the SimNation Veterinary Licensing Examination. They can apply on the computer, and access all the information they need on the new menu.
There are some extra features if you have other packs installed, so I'll let you discover that on your own :) But I did want to mention that I created a new childhood formative moment for kids who would like to become vets one day. You can get it by choosing it from the list, or by receiving it as a suggested challenge from performing a certain interaction with a certain object from Parenthood 👀
Also, some objectives may not appear as completed, even if the sim passed the exam or the paper/submitted a report, sometimes it can take a few sim minutes/hours to appear as completed, but the moment they pass, it will be completed, even if it doesn't show. To fix this, try traveling to another lot or going to the world view, or just wait (unfortunately, I couldn't fix this as it's a game issue).
Optional Overrides
I've also included some optional overrides in case you want them.
dion_testSet_ChildhoodInspiration_AllCompleteInquisitiveness_Override: Overrides the tuning that tests to see if a child completed all challenges from the inquisitiveness category. I added my custom challenge to the tests, so only add this if you have Adventure Awaits and you want my custom challenge to count for this. Conflicts with any mod that also overrides the tuning: testSet_ChildhoodInspiration_AllCompleteInquisitiveness
dion_BuyVetClinic_VetLicenseRequirement_Override: Overrides the requirements of the Buy a Vet Clinic interaction from the phone; with this override, buying a vet clinic requires being a licensed vet (vet school graduate + snvle exam passed). The interaction from the bottom right corner, where you can buy other businesses, is not affected. Conflicts with any mod that also overrides the tuning: phone_BuyVetLot and vet_BuyVetClinic
1_dion_VetSchool_IconsOverride_Softpines: Overrides the phone icons to match the softpines phone icons override from honeymoonsimmer.
And I think that's all for now!
CREDITS
I used many different resources to create this mod with a realistic base:
Vetflow for the 3D anatomy app images
vet-Anatomy for the 3D anatomy app explanations
RUSVM On-Demand Webinars for the seminar activities
Merck Veterinary Manual for the Plumerck Veterinary Manual app and general information
And more, which I unfortunately didn't save, especially for the application process

Hey! After finally being able to update my game, I had the chance to check all my mods, and they are all working! However, I updated all my careers to include some tuning changes for compatibility with the new expansion pack.
Hi! After focusing on finishing my last mod, I've finally found some time to actually play the game! I'm still playing this household (waiting for the Feb update to play with my decades legacy, because I have a ton of pictures that I don't want to lose), and I'm having so much fun!
I also finally got relight, and after some time, I finally understood how to use it, and my screenshots now look amazing, I think 👀 Anyway, Nick started dating Jolene, a tattoo artist, who actually gave him a very good-looking tattoo!
They had a nice relationship, but Nick constantly flirted with other people without her knowing. One day, he decided he wanted to host the best house party ever, so he invited a bunch of people. He got drunk and started flirting with one of the neighbours in front of Jolene.
For some reason, he decided to continue anyway, so she finally broke up with him. Then he decided to get even more drunk, and actually went out on a bender, where he got robbed and attacked 💀
I've finally had the chance to use Basemental's mod, and I'm having a lot of fun while Nick has a nicotine addiction, is constantly drunk, and got robbed 🤭
So, for now, I'm going to continue playing and see where his story goes!
Hey! I'm really excited to finally be able to share this mod. In this post, you can find a preview of what the mod includes, and I'll reveal the release date at the end! There's still some testing that needs to be done, and I know there's an update coming on February 3rd, so I don't want to release it and have to update it immediately.

Equestrian Expanded - Lot Traits: Horse Hangout & Equestrian Center
Hey!! Here's my first mod of 2026 :) I was taking a look at my first posts on tumblr, and I started reading the old Better Horses & Storytelling mod post, and I had completely forgotten about the lot trait that I added.
It was an Equestrian Center lot trait, which added a moodlet with higher Equestrian skill gain. I initially wasn't planning on redoing this part (or the trail ride event), but I decided to take a look at the game tunings (training skill gain and dog hangout), and I thought I could try to make those, but for horses!
Also, I'm experimenting again with my page's layout, style, design... I'm not sure I like it, so it might take a while to have a cohesive theme, sorry about that 😅 And I'm finally adding Italian translations! I've been learning it for a while, and I'm still a beginner, but with some help I'll try to add Italian translations to smaller mods.
Eventually, I also want to add them to my bigger mods, and also add German translations (when I'm confident enough), since I know a little, but I have to get back to it and probably start over, just not for now, since my focus is Italian. As always, feel free to translate my mods to any language (you can submit them to my new form too) and let me know if there's anything wrong or if you have any issues.
Also, this mod was actually done a while ago, but I may have forgotten about its existence 🫥 so I'm releasing it now. I'm still in exam season though, I have 2 left, so I expect to continue my projects around the end of January with one big mod release hopefully soon! I know there's an update coming this week I think? So I'll try my best to test my mods as soon as possible, but please be patient as my current priority is studying :)
Download links under the cut :)
You can add these lot traits to essentially any lot, except a vet clinic, restaurant, and one or two more that I can't remember, but you can add them to residential lots, small businesses, etc.
This lot trait will spawn 1-4 horses on the lot 3 times during the day. They are randomly generated, but are always adult, and they should show up with their needs filled or almost filled. They will stay at the lot for around 4 hours, leave, and come back in 1-2 hours.
They usually are the same horses, and they should get replaced once they die (if you have animal aging on).
I really wanted them to spawn only 2 times and stay for longer, but for some reason they would always leave after 4h, so I decided to leave it that way for now. So, essentially, it works just like the dog or cat hangout.
This lot trait is great for adding horses to a lot without owning them, maybe for an equestrian center, a wild horse hangout, or whatever you want to do with it!
This one is a lot simpler, once your sim enters the lot, they will gain the Horse Riding skill more than twice as fast. If you add the trait while your sim is currently in the lot and it doesn't work, try traveling somewhere and coming back, because the skill modifier is added when entering the lot.
This is basically the remake of my old Equestrian Center lot trait, but made from scratch to ensure that it works without any issues.

Ur sims are so cute!! Do you by chance post on gallery?? :D its okay if not
Thank you!! :) I don't, mainly because I use a lot of cc, so it just wouldn't be possible. But I can consider posting them here for download with the cc links (it would be a lot so I don't know...) 🤔
This year I've basically only played with my decades family, so I needed to start a new save and play with realistic modern mods and be able to use all the new cc I've been getting. So I randomly made this sim, and I instantly knew what his personality would be like, and it made me want to play with him (which is really weird, because I always play with female sims as my main).
I made him live in a small rented apartment in San Myshuno, which had recently been "abandoned" by the previous tenant and was in very poor condition.
He doesn't have a job or many savings due to past "events" and his dropping out of High School. So, for now, he just wants to live his life, earn some money by doing odd jobs and "micro hustles", and date as many different people as he can.
He's good at sports, but bad at writing and cooking; he also gets upset quite easily, over the smallest things, too. He is also very nosy, and likes to spy on people who are only like 1m away from him 💀
Anyway, I'm having fun because this is a very different playstyle from what I'm used to, and I'm also trying to explore parts of the game and expansions that I haven't explored yet. I also set the lifespan to long, so that I have enough time to do everything that I want to with him, but we'll see if I actually stick to this save 👀
Frederick and Isabelle had their first child, James Harrington, the 1930s heir. Fred has tried teaching him how to say sorry, and similar stuff, but he just refuses, he does not like being told what to do 💀
A few years later, their second child, Ruby Harrington, was born. She seems pretty calm and barely cries, which is a relief for Isabelle, especially after James. But of course, James had to make it about himself because he didn't want a sibling and he won't get all the attention anymore 😂
Willow (Fred's horse) has become quite old, but she still enjoys going on trail rides with Fred.
I've already decided what I want to do with James' future, which is weird, because I typically let the sims "tell me" what they like and what they want to do, but with how he's been acting, I feel like it makes so much sense 🤭 I've had so much fun playing with Fred and I'm so attached to this family, but I think I'm ready to start a new generation 👀
Hey!! It's finally here! I present to you the first career from the Equestrian Expanded Project, the Stable Hand Career. My original Better Horses & Storytelling included this career, but with no levels or objectives, nothing to it really. So I remade the career with 4 levels, a bunch of objectives to make room for progression (and take real time to advance from one level to another), a few interactions with different reactions, and there's more to come :)
How does the mod work?
It's simple, this mod includes the new Stable Hand career option for your sims who would like to start in the horse world, want experience, or simply want to make some money (but not much).
It's available for Teens-Elders, but I would suggest that you keep your teens in the first level due to the schedule conflicting with high school starting from level 2, so if you want a casual job for teens, simply don't complete the objectives and stay in the first level.
Also, if you want your sims to simply stay as a stable hand, you can just stay in level 2 without completing any of the promotion tasks, whatever you want :)
There are 4 levels with similar objectives and varying schedules (they get better), and also a daily task, which also depends on the level.
New Interactions
I also added a few interactions for sims in the career (gossip and complaints) and an extra one for sims who are mean, evil or self-absorbed, which they can perform towards a sim in the career, to add some extra drama :)
There are new interactions on the computer too, under the Career menu, which also change depending on the level (higher responsibility means higher workload, but less physical work).
There are some other small details that you'll discover as you play and as other mods or careers are released 🤭
I also experimented with another injector; instead of the XML Injector I used the Core Library. For my upcoming mods, I don't really know if I'll stick with it, but I'll keep you posted.

Hi!! It's been a while since I've posted something here (not counting my latest mod), so I wanted to share a little bit about my modding schedule for this month.
Planned releases:
New Equestrian Expanded Career: 12/12/25 - I finally finished the first career for the project (remake from BH&S). It's a rather small career, but I think it's a must-have for horsey gameplay.
WIPs:
Vet School Mod: After a few months of not working on it, I decided to start over, since the initial mod ended up a bit too cluttered, too many tunings and things that didn't make sense, all because I didn't plan all the features before starting, so it was kind of a mess. For now, I'm working on a new application system (with the same features, but better and easier to play). I plan to work on the custom skill next, adding new ways to increase it and making it more realistic. Also, I'm thinking about making this like an active career 👀 I've been researching a lot and I think I'm ready for it, but it's not 100% sure.
Second Equestrian Expanded Career: the career is already planned, I just have to start working on it, but I wanted to take a break from the project before continuing with these careers.
Third Equestrian Expanded Career: this is a very exciting project, I wanted this to be my first active career (it will all depend on whether or not the vet school is active). I wanted to do something completely different at first, but I realized that with the Small Business feature it was very possible to do already, so I changed it to another idea that I already had. I may make it as an aspiration instead of an active career, but I have no idea yet.
More: I also have a few ideas for other mods that I haven't even started yet, including some stuff for historical and family gameplay, as well as seasonal themed mods.
I have so many ideas, but not so much time, so we'll see how it goes. I have exams on January, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to release anything, I'll try to at least update if needed.
Hey! Today I'm excited to present my first override 👀 It's been a few months since I released my last mod, and working on existing ones or big projects has made me want to release something smaller!
Horses in real life can be cheap, but it's not the norm; they are typically expensive (without considering their future care, food, vet visits, etc.), so for more realistic gameplay, it just didn't make any sense that horses can be bought for so little (only 1k!). Which is why I decided to make this small override of the horse buying and selling prices.
How does the mod work?
You have to choose one of the 5 different price options:
3.000§
5.000§
10.000§
25.000§
50.000§
Once you've placed it in your mods folder, wherever you choose to buy a horse from (phone, computer, equestrian center...), they will cost the selected price. This means that their initial value is higher, so I also changed that, because buying a horse for 50.000§ and selling it for only 1.000§ didn't make much sense.
You will still be able to change their value through training, and all pre-existing and bred horses will also have that value.
Disclaimer!!
Unfortunately, you can only have one override for the same thing at a time, so you can't have some horses that cost 3.000§ and some 10.000§, so choose only ONE of the files. You can always change them whenever you want to fit different types of gameplay.
Different values
If you want a specific value (I think it can only go up to 100k), just tell me and I'll make it! If you have some basic notions of modding, you can change the value yourself to whatever you like. Also, feel free to share your versions too!
Hey! I wanted to share some more information on my current wip, since it's still going to be a while before it's ready for release. I can finally share that it's a Vet School mod 👀 I've been working on it for the past few months, but there's still some work to do. I can't really remember how I got the idea, but it has always bothered me that you could just buy a vet clinic and start treating pets without any type of education or preparation. It's my biggest mod so far, and I've been learning a lot, so I hope the end result is worth all this time and headaches it's given me! 😩
Anyway, let me share some of the features I've included and what I plan to add next:
A realistic application process, based on the real application for vet school (in the US). I don't live there or plan on studying veterinary medicine, but I did extensive research on how it works, all the requirements, and real experiences from students. The final system won't be 100% exactly like the real one, due to gameplay limitations, but it does have the main features. You will be able to skip it with a cheat, just in case you tried it and weren't accepted, but don't want to do it again, or you simply want your sim to start as soon as possible! Vet School is expensive, so I made the course fees 50,000 simoleons (which is a lot cheaper than real life), but if your sim doesn't have enough money, I also made a scholarship program for future students who have some animal-related skills, have a biology degree, and a general one for everyone. There are so many things I want to share about the application process and the scholarships, but I'll leave that for future wips or the final release, so I don't spoil too much!
A new skill for the career. When planning the career levels and objectives, I reached the conclusion that adding the veterinary skill didn't make much sense, as it's focused more on treatment and vet clinic management; also, custom careers by other creators mainly use this skill in the objectives, so I didn't want recently graduated vets to be at the top of their job (because it would remove the career gameplay, I don't know if my explanation makes sense 😂). So, there are various ways to increase this skill, including skill books, computer research...
Realistic vet school progression. I also did some research on the actual studying process, typical activities, events, etc. So there are a total of 4 years, graduation, the licensing exam and extra residency/specialty options (which I haven't started yet). I also plan to add like a summer research or internship program for graduated vets, and a pre-vets club for teens who wish to become vets.
There's more that I want to include, but I'll also leave it for future wips. Some stuff may not be released in the first version, because if I wanted to include everything, I think it would take too long, and I don't want to release the mod later than September.
Lastly, this mod will require Cats and Dogs EP (obviously, I guess), and some features will also require other packs (but are totally optional): Discover University EP, Get to Work EP, and Parenthood GP (and more may be added in the future, but remember that these are optional!).
I'm really excited to share this mod with you, as it has been a lot of work, so I'll try to share more updates. Also, if there's anyone who has gone to vet school, is currently a student, or plans to go, I'd love to get your input and suggestions! :)
My 1920s heir from my decades challenge finally got married! He was very unlucky in finding a loving partner, but he finally found the one. I haven't played this save in a while, and I really missed this family (even if they don't usually cooperate in events).
I might start sharing some parts of my decades challenge here, since I barely use the app where I used to share it (as a full story, not just small moments). And I might even consider posting it here from the start... But I don't know yet 🫥
Mod Updates for the July 16th patch (and the other July patches)
Hey! I'm back from my vacation, and after resting for a day or two, I finally got back to work on my mods! :)
There have been 3 patches this month (so far 👀), and this is my first time actually updating my mods for a patch, and I'm still learning, but hopefully there aren't any issues!
Updates for the PC: 1.116.232.1030 / Mac: 1.116.232.1230 patch:
The Seamstress Career - This career has been reworked entirely from scratch; it was first made with Mod Constructor, but since it has been retired and no longer receives updates, I decided to make this mod from scratch so that it's easier to update and doesn't cause any issues. I also added a Spanish translation. It no longer needs a script file, so it now requires the XML Injector.
Equestrian Magazine Career - Added a feature to write an article on the computer after covering an equestrian event, tried to fix the random outfit feature (it should work, but please let me know if it doesn't for you!), and updated the tuning for the Enchanted by Nature patch. The CORE file is still compatible with the latest patch.
All other mods are still compatible with the patch!
However, I'm working on reworking from scratch the Cozy Autumn and Better Horses and Storytelling mods, since they were also made on Mod Constructor. I will be making them from zero, and these are slightly bigger than a career, so it will take longer. You can expect the Cozy Autumn mod to be out first, since it's going to be easier; but the horses one has a lot of features that I need to look into, and possibly remake them entirely (not following the old tunings, since I want to improve the system I used, especially for the Riding Instructor career).
So, until the "remakes" are posted, I recommend either using them with caution or simply removing them from your mods folder, as they could cause unexpected issues.
And finally, I wanted to give a little update on what I've been working on (before I left). I started working on a big education mod (specialized education after or as a replacement for uni). It's probably my biggest mod yet, and it's been giving me a lot of headaches, but I'm quite proud of what I've done so far. I've been learning a lot thanks to this project, and because of a feature I wanted to add, I was actually able to fix the article feature in the Equestrian Magazine career!
I don't want to reveal it yet, so you'll have to wait, but I might share some previews once it's almost done! You can expect it to release around August/September, if everything goes well.
Lastly, I also have an abandoned career that I would like to pick up again, after I'm done with that mod, or in between, I don't know yet. I have other ideas too, but they're just that for now.
But well, I'm really excited about learning even more and sharing my ideas and projects with you! Also, we reached 300+ members on Patreon, and I'm so happy that you enjoy my creations. So I hope I can continue improving this game, even if it's just tiny things :)
