Wednesday Thoughts

The good thing about the overtime I am working is it covers the money I spent this past weekend at the con. It seems most of the cons here are all within a two to three month period. There is one on November but it is one of the smaller ones. I do need to start putting some extra money away so I do have extra cash when I do go to these cons. Setting a budget will be a good thing as well.

Tuesday Thoughts

Glad I got my time done for June at the museum. Hopefully this week is not to crazy at work other then it being hot out. I did pick up some painting supplies yesterday.

Monday Thoughts

I wasnt going to go to Amazing Las Vegas but decided to go yesterday. It was a small con that I probably spent way to much money at. I also got a few signed comics, prints, and a pin. There where not to many cosplayers at the event but that may have to do with it being at a casino. You are not allowed to cover your face up while you are on a casino floor. Which does limit some costumes from being worn until at least you get the the area where the con is.

One thing I do need to start getting going on is getting all my comic books organized. They are all over my home office and some are not even in boxes but just stacked up on the floor. I need to start spending some time each Sunday getting some put away into the boxes that they go into. Part of the reason that my home office is a mess is all the comics I have in it that are not put away. Once those are somewhat put away I can start getting it more organized.

I may need to order some supplies since there where a few times I went to my local store and they did not always have extra bags or boards I could buy. I will not know how many of those I will need until I actually get around to oranizing everything. I will probably have to order more comic toploaders down the road as well. I was able to find what I had left but I know at some point I will go through them and need to get more.
