Why does this keep happening?

Over and over.

My brain

Today the thoughts and voices in my head are loud. When I say voices, it's not a psychotic thing. Its voices of people who have said things to me. My anxious thoughts.

I coulda done this, why didn't I do that. Why was that said, why did he say that.

Sometimes I just want all the noise in my head to stop!

Since these thoughts just cycle over and over I crank up the music and let that take me away from this overwhelming noise in my head. I have work to get done today!

Why?

Some days I don't know if I can do everything that is expected of me. Why can't people just let me be? Everyday its something....

Yesterday it was a kid issue, last time was a relationship issue. Why can't I just be?

My confidence is so low right now. Why can't my mind just forget and let things go?

Oh well, here's to today.
