In this the 007 installment we prepare dishes that our Producer Anastasia Crisis's mother cooked for her when she was growing up in the former Soviet Republic of Kyrgyzstan. The menu includes Salat “OLIVIER”, a festive Russian Potato Salad made with a whole lot more than just potatoes. Also we'll create a classic Beet Borsch topped with our own homemade vegan sour cream.
