The 4-week residency, arranged by Quincy Jones, inaugurated the Sands new 777-room high rise tower. The performances were released as Sinatra at the Sands (Reprise, 1966).

The 17-floor tower was designed by Martin Stern Jr. There was no 13th floor. Between 12 and 14 was the Danny Thomas Floor, in honor of the Sands debut performer.
